Good customer service and good price.

Friendly and helpful staff. I frequent this store a lot (probably because I drive a ford lol) and they've always been helpful, friendly, and fair. The moment I walk in, they'll immediately ask if you need a hand finding anything. I can't say the same about part source in that regard, as I've always been greeted by a blank stare at that store. The only con I really have is that They gave me the wrong part for my vehicle (Kinda sucks, but mistakes happen sometimes) but they went above and beyond to help rectify the situation, For example, they were more than happy to replace the oil filter and oil after accidentally giving me the wrong filter for my vehicle. Overall, one of the better auto parts stores in town to deal with...

Lots of auto parts available in the inner city. Easy parking on the east side of the building.

Auto Value seems even better then the Napa one block away. Napa is open later, and more often has parts that I need. Napa's fine, but I'm starting to like this Auto Value Better.

I am so glad I stopped in! Everyone working was helpful and kind! Derek (store manager) was polite and efficient as he dealt with returns, purchases, finding parts that weren't out on the stock floor, and he did not mind having to step out in the rain to help me with my car! He was patient and informative and I am incredibly appreciative and will absolutely go back.

Well stocked auto part store. The staff is very friendly and helpful in finding the parts required for a repair.

Convenient location and very reasonable prices. Well stocked and able to get in what they don't have in stock. All, parts persons in this city have a surly attitude, and these folks are no different... except if you know a little about what you are looking for. They have a softer side for informed customers.

No good 3 out of 4 times they give me the wrong part and I have to return it for the right piece. Worth the drive to go to another location.
