Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to scan the check engine light, and print off trouble with a list of solutions. All free of charge!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have all the selection and the prices you would expect from an auto parts store.

I like this store prices are good and the staff is helpful to me, not condescending like many parts places. I would rate it higher but my son once had a bad experience here where he was treated poorly. He was under 18 and the parts guy treated him like he didnt know what he was doing. Pretty common at his age but still, he hasnt returned

I'm pretty sure i have dealt with every person that works at this location and i have never had a bad experience. Everyone there seems to know their stuff and if they don't the have no issue getting a second opinion from a co-worker. love this place!!!!

So overdue but my visit to autovalue was amazing! Darrin, in specific, came out of the shop to give me a hand and gave me some great points of advice. I can't thank him enough. Very kind & very knowledgeable! Customer service is everything! Its so refreshing to have good hearted people actually give you their time and be helpful without trying to take advantage of you. I recommended this place to family and colleagues and will continue to come back to this store!

Bad customer service. Rude. Unaccomodating, they won't hesitate to slam the phone down on you for asking a question about pricing. Myrn was maybe the name? Not sure he should be on the customer service end with his poor attitude.

Disorganized, and pricey. Needed a Honda civic flasher, they charged me before checking if they had the part. Online it was about $12. They charged $20 for a non OEM replacement of a different size. Staff was not helpful and came across as condescending.

Good prices. Guy looked at me like I had two heads when I asked about PB Blaster though..

Had a great experience with this place till the day I called in for parts for a new truck I just picked up and after pricing it out was going to be 1800$ of parts. I then got a lecture form the manager that his employees should watch out for me on the road.. Worst part is that he didn't cared that I was about to drop 1800$ on parts at his store to repair the truck but he seems to think his 2 cents were more important then selling me parts! Oh and found all my parts at partsource for less.. I will never get parts at auto value again!
