I went in for a test drive on a truck, it went good until we started talking price. Their asking price on the truck was 47,900. Told me it was the best price in Calgary. I did a quick search online and there was another truck on for 39,900. I told my salesman (Jamie Caulder) that and he told me he would look into it. I left, I got a phone call 2 minutes later from my salesman (Jamie Caulder). He told me the ad I saw it was the exact same truck as I just drove. He told me they bought it for 42,000 and could sell it to me for 42,900. I thought this was fishy so I called the number on the ad. They informed me that the truck was still for sale for 39,900 and that they loaned it out for the night.

Long story short, Jamie Caulder tried to sell me a truck for 8,000 more than the dealer selling it was wanting. This kind of thing should be illegal. I will never go to another Automaxx dealership again.

I bought car 2 years ago from now and just now decide that I should write review. My sales person was Kyle he sold me car and told me come back in 8 months we will lower your payments. He told me that in person as well as on message (still have that message). So I came in office more than year after purchase explained why I was there talked with some other person because Kyle wasn't in that day. So this guy told me that interest rate is pretty good nothing what they can do. after week or two I came again I met Kyle he took copy's of documents and will let me know.
AND GUESS WHAT? HALF YEAR LATER- NOTHING. NOT EVENT A CALL.
So please don't believe those guys promises because they not gonna happen. Big mouth and no actions.

Fast efficient and friendly service. Frank and Dennis were both excellent. They came through with every promise that they made and took care of all my concerns. Good job guys. I would recommend Automaxx to anyone.

These guys are great. I have crappy credit and they got me approved within a couple of days. I have had a wonderful experience dealing with them. They work with your budget and what you can afford every couple weeks. We did everything over text massaging as I work overnights and they even drive my vehicle to my place in Edmonton all the way from Calgary. They delivery driver was awesome and Mike the guy that was helping me purchase the vehicle was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have also told a couple of my friends about my experience and are thinking about dealing with these guys.

I am so happy to have found Jade Siffledeen to help me with my car. She explained everything so thoroughly. Jade was persistent in such a pleasant way. She never gave up on getting me an awesome approval. I wish more dealerships were like this one. Jade and Shad made me laugh, it was like sitting in a friends home haha. Great work guys. My experience with auto max was awesome.
I would suggest people that need there credit rebuild to try with auto max.
The person that helped me was Mike was a helpful guy and actually took the time well during the process.
