After seeing a jeep while driving by one day with my son, I sent an email inquiring about the price as I could not see it on my phone. Did not hear anything back for a bit so just ignored it and didn't think much more of it. I went to clean out my junk email tonight and saw that Carlo had been trying to get ahold of me. His emails were marked as spam and that's why they were sent there. He was like the normal pushy car sales men in the first two seeing if I wanted to come in and talk and then I got to the third email which was beyond uncalled for and rude. This is what it said

Hi Alysha,

Carlo here form Automaxx. I haven't heard from you since you inquired on the 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, even though you have seen my emails. Are you serious about this vehicle? Please let me know either way so I can make the necessary changes to your file and close it if necessary. I don't want to keep trying to reach you if this vehicle far exceeds your current budget.

Not to sure how I have seen the emails or how he knew of this and the fact he said this vehicle might "far exceed my budget". Actually it was for my son who is driving around my hummer. So with that being said I would NEVER EVER even consider buying from them or even looking and I won't be sending anyone their way: maybe Carlo can get some manners and take a buisnes course because that is NOT how you talk to customers
