Why me? I am a huge believer and promoter of wellness and self care. I am always keen in learning new ways to heal and treat conditions with a broad variation of techniques. Have a love for physical activity and fitness and have had to deal with my own injuries in the past and can relate to my clients on dealing with recovery and treatment plans. Trained to administer anything from relaxation and deep tissue massage to musculoskeletal Condtions and Myofascial teqniques. Also gained experience in Assistant teaching massage therapy throughout my schooling.
