Avis Car Rental

Reserved car to pick up between 9 and 10, arrive at 9:40, still waiting at 11:45 for a car that is “in the wash bay and will be ready in a few minutes.” Terrible experience.

Extremely unorganized, called to change our time for pickup for a couple hours earlier and ended up being charged another 75 dollars for the time change. Then they forgot to inform us that when they changed the pickup time they cancelled our auto insurance. So we ended up having to pay another $100 over the quote we originally got. Then they said our credit card didn't work but if we wanted to use another card we had to pay $10 a day extra. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely won't be using Avis again.

Avis is practically criminal, our rental cost 140% more than originally advertised and at no point while renting was the future costs discussed. Very disappointed, and the follow up has been and customer service has been horrible. This needs to be fixed.
