I saw all the reviews and majority was very disappointing. I was so happy that my issue was handled by Susan Foote and she was a superwoman. Very warm, easy to talk to and gave me an above and beyond customer service. Its really hard to find someone like Susan and I hope Aviva will recognize her amazing talent of making people happy.

This has been the most frustrating company I have ever dealth with in my entire life!! I have already cancelled my home insurance and you can be assured that I will be cancelling the business insurance when renewal time comes. I have got nothing but frustration from this company - from June until now on a simple business breakin and still not settled!

I am certainly not surprised to see this company with such a low raiting. I was in a non-fault car accident over a month ago that I have not been able to resolve. Over the last 10 days I have called my claims "representative" several times a day looking for an update and he has not answered his phone, called me back or replied to emails. I have spent over an hour on hold waiting to talk to anyone at all and not gotten a single person. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Do not do waist your time with this company.

I've only had positive experiences with Aviva. I've put in 2 claims, both were dealt with promptly and professionally. Josh was my most recent adjuster and he was great. He set up my claim with me on the phone, and I've had no issues.

They love to collect money, but, not to pay money when there is a claim. If you are already their client, my advise is move to another company before you find out the painful way. Run...run... don't look back. Don't think you are insured; you are not. What is the purpose of insurance? Just to pay them? Does paying them mean you are insured and you can sleep better? When it comes to a claim, it'll be the time to find out what a stupid company you are dealing with. Plain crooks.

I really wish there was 0 out of 5 stars because that's the way aviva treats you, they over charge on the insurance. As well I had commercial insurance with them and I sent cancellation, two months later got registered mail that I owed a reimitance of $328 after I had made the choice to switch insurance companies to a more reliable company that actually cares about me and not just my money. I also have a classic car and instead of sending me renewal they sent me a automatic cancellation in registered mail after the year term. Would stay far far away from them nothing but crooks.

I was cancelled after I made a claim. Granted they said it was because I was late with a payment. So be forewarned don't be late or they will eliminate.

Horrible experience, after being a customer that fought against me when my truck was smoked while parked in front of my house. Drunk Driver. I am now suing and they hired a lawyer to defend a drunk driver? One drunk driver took our 2 of our trucks at 6:30 AM

My advice to anyone would be not to go on a full coverage or premium plan with this company. And if you do READ THE TERMS ON YOUR CONTRACT! They will mess up your life. I paid premium for my insurance, got into an accident, they wrote off my vehicle, covered me on a rental for 1 week and just messed up everything for me. I didn't have a vehicle so lost my job and my life has been nothing but downhill from there. Never again will I go with Aviva insurance for anything. I do not recommend this company at all!
