The wife & I took the youngins in for doing well in school by getting awards for their hard work. We had a couple of coupons with some special burgers & what not. I was convinced our order(which contained 7 burger combos) was going to be missing something. After a reasonable wait, we received everything. I don't like how you went away from the foil bags for the burgers but the food is always excellent. My best burger joint around. Thx A&W staff on Dunmore Rd. �

I ordered last night May 29, 2017 at around 5.50pm. I was at the store in Dunmore rd. Medicine hat Ab. Upon ordering I was patiently waiting in line for about 5mins. I was really in a good mood when I came ordered three meals, a mama burger combo no onions & pickles and two chubby chx combo well done. I understand that I had to wait for the sandwiches cause they are grill orders. I received my meals about 10 mins later it was cool for me I had no complaints about it. Then we are droving from dunmore rd. to southrailway st. and my son ask if he could have his fries, my wife look at the bag and then we found out that there is missing a fries. So I had to drive back again to the store to let them know they are missing a fries. I presented the bag to the supervisor and she looked at it and said everything still looks good. And then I looked at her and said Yes everything looks fine aside from missing a fries and now the food are getting cold. So she offers to replace the fries and refund the money. I am okay with that but what it pisses me off is the fact that she did not even said any apology for the mess up. I mean a little consideration of saying we Apologize for what happen, we are making this right by making you a new sandwiches and fries. My point is just say Sorry I think it will not hurt at all! Lesson learned check the bag before you leave and never comeback to that store again!

I WILL NEVER EAT IN ANOTHER A AND W AS LONG AS I LIVE. THE SERVICE IN THE RESTUARANT ON REDCLIFF DRIVE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE STAFF WAS EVEN WORSE. A BUNCH OF IDIOTS FOR SURE!!! I LEFT THE PLACE. NOT EVEN WORTH A FN STAR
