Feeling so much gratitude to all of you who shared in this unique journey last night at Dance Temple Edmonton. I often don't record my sets, but really enjoyed putting together this multi-genre mix. It felt good to stretch beyond limitations, and to bring together a multi-faceted set to facilitate in growth and connection with our higher selves and each other. Good morning, Awake fam! Today is the first day of our Ki-Momentum at Ritchie Park series. Come out for a full hour of fitness lead by Awake's loveable instructor, Kimo R. Mann. He will be accompanied by Pilgrim on the decks, spinning beats to keep you motivated. Ki-Momentum is a project very near and dear to Kimo's heart, and he has been planning extensively to create a program that will assist you in reaching your fitness goals and to be the best version of yourself phys...ically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Details: Ritchie Community League Park. 7727 98 street. We will be outdoors so dress for the weather, and bring water. 6:30PM- 7:30 PM. Today's session will be by donation with an option to purchase a 4 class pass after that. There will be a special offer for all those in attendance today. Message for any further details. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. Bring a friend. It is always easier to stay motivated when you have a fitness friend. :)

So we all woke up this morning and over our morning breakfast we shared our experiences from yesterday and talked about how it was truly one of the best family experiences we have had in memory and that includes every single folk fest for 12 straight years! I just wanted to thank Jordan, Sheniz and Galloway (and everyone else present whose vibes were felt) for creating and holding space for families like mine. Much love 💗

So much fun dancing in the sun with lovely people!

So grateful to have participated in the Saturday morning Ki-Momentum workshop at Reign Bough Fiddle, to have been able to BE with you guys in the spirit of movement, love, joy and inner healing!! ^_^ Looking forward to see y'all soon

Just wonderful! This is a great family-friendly event with a focus on positivity, movement, and fitness. It's a great reason to get up early on a Sunday and move around. If you feel like you need an alternative to your usual yoga or cardio class, this is it!

I have just seen the clip which I very much liked from here over the pond in Essex, UK. I give it 5 stars in the hope that many attend, that all enjoy and are in harmony, fun prevails, friendships develop and memorable times are had by all.
