Badass Jacks Wraps, Boxes & Subs

The staff is exceptionally nice but unfortunately every time we've gone, we have left disappointed. We have stopped in three times in the last 1.5 years and it's always the same story; the food tastes gross, the fountain pop machine is down, and they always appear to be low on inventory of snack items. The chicken they use is not heated up, it tastes old, rubbery, and it seems to include all parts of the chicken, including the very dark meat. I appreciate that they may be trying to waste less but I've had to throw out my wrap all three times.

-The portion size is ridiculously small
-You constantly have to pay extra and extra when you pick a combo all the options on it you have to pick and they cost more and more.
-I also asked for extra meat and I am extremely disappointed on how much there was I can’t imagine if I didn’t there would be nothing.

When BAJ hit the seen about 15 years ago, they prided themselves on fresh ingredients, and not weighing out every order.
Now they are a shadow of what they were.
Prepackcged salad dressing? Come on you headed to be better, much better!

My whole family got stomach aches after eating their Asian boxes. Plus too much sauce can't taste anything else. Not enough veggies and noodles weren't cooked.

Their food is godlike ive been going to them for years.

I used to go here all the time until I moved to the other end of the city. Whenever I'm down in the area, I stop to get two of my favorite falafel wrap (to save one for the next day). I've never had any issues, other than they need more locations! The staff are always polite and a pleasure to deal with. Best falafel wraps ever!

They really need to update. Mediocre subs and wraps with a side pffering of "asian style" take out boxes.

Love this place love this place love this place! If I could have these guys make wraps for me at home everyday I would!!! So addicting and healthy and yum! Please open more stores! You deserve to be a big company

Not good. Boiled chicken has no place on a sandwich.
