Went to a concert at this venue and it was nothing short of amazing. ..from the organization of the people and parking ,the wonderful staff/volunteers it was a perfect. Thanks and I will return for another show.

Went to Passion Play in Canadian badlands in Drumhellar, Alberta Canada. The 23rd season of this 3-week play in July is perform live in open stage of natural settings of canyon with some structures. I was amazed how the fluid the execution of mostly volunteer actors in great costumes with perfect positioning, entry and exit maximizing hills and space to share the greatest story of Jesus. Note the ingenious execution of crucifixion with limited time and space. It's worth the travel and watching in the rain. Thanks mother Gerda and Shiela Jepps.

Went on Friday for the first performance of the 2017 season - it was absolutely wonderful. The actors were fantastic - want to go back again!!!!!!

We loved the musical style of the play this year and highly recommend it. I hope the weather cooperates as well on the other nights as it did on opening night.

This was our second time seeing The Passion Play. It is truly spectacular. !!!!. The actors are fabulous ,the setting perfect.If you have a Bucket List this should be number 1 on it. It was truly an amazing experience.

This is my first year of passion play and I cannot begin to tell you how much it means to me! The actors, directors, management, their families and ALL other volunteers are so giving of their love and encouragement that it affects everyone and everything that is done!!! I know that this show will have long lasting blessings on all who see it all and all those who participated in it in any capacity! Continue to pray for all involved as satan is working overtime to do anything he can to disrupt this work but he WILL NOT SUCCEED.! God's work will prevail and all will be blessed!!! Please spread the word, come to the play and bring others if you can! Leon

This is my first year being in the Passion Play with my 3 sons and we all love the atmosphere. It's such a blessing to be part of this production. I play a Roman Soldier and Adam for the genealogy. Excellent staff there and great atmosphere to be around. Thank you to everyone. Blessings

This is my 4th time seeing The Passion Play. I've loved it every time! ! The setting makes you feel like you are back in the time and place where Jesus walked. Volunteer acting, amazing! Everyone should see this AT LEAST once! Bring a cushion to soften the wooden benches.

This is a must see performance when you are in Alberta. This amazing natural amphitheatre is an amazing setting for the story of Christ. What a wonderful production featuring many, many volunteers. Yesterday I spoke with a mother daughter who had performed nine times in the last two weeks. I asked them if they were happy the season was over. Both of them said at the same time. "We are sad" I have attended the Passion at least 8 times over the last 10 years and each time it is new and fresh.

The most amazing live performance ever!!!! You deliver the gospel message so clearly, with such beauty and simplicity! Remarkable in every way.

The Passion Play was an amazing live theatrical production. It told the story of Jesus' birth, life, death and resurrection. It was characterized by great acting, some good humour and appropriate use of props and the entire stage. I was engaged and entertained from beginning to end.

Will definitely go see it again next year.

I went to the Passion Play thanks to a gift and sat in the front row. That night I felt like Jesus was sleeping with me all night and so real and so gracious. One of the most powerful experiences of my Christian life. Profoundly grateful.

I went to the Passion Play last night with some church friends. I never knew what to expect but to my delight it was amazing. I will be back next year. I loved everything about it.

I was one of the lucky winners of 150 for 150. I would like to thank Badlands Passion Play for the wonderful opportunity to attend and experience such an amazing play. The actors, costumes and scenery were fantastic. I would highly recommend this play to anyone that has not seen it. I hope to return again.

I have gone to watch this performance for the past two years and have been blown away each time. The performance and surroundings are equally incredible and the amount of time and work put into the whole event is very evident. This is a must see for all!

I have been talking about seeing this play for many years. I finally got there this past Saturday night. It was fantastic. The setting was perfect. The actors and actresses were very real and talented. I would highly recommend this to anyone that would like a fun weekend get away.

What an amazing venue in the heart of the Badlands. Thanks so much to the cast and crew for this fantastic tradition - the Passion Play is truly a gem in our province!

A wonderful performance! Even with the iffy weather was totally worth the effort. If you have time next weekend , make the trip out to Drumheller.

A truly spectacular & unforgettable play. An inspiring performance of professional actors with a large troupe of volunteers especially the portrayal of Giovanni Mocibob as Jesus Christ. An epic story of faith, hope and love of life of Jesus Christ through the eyes of his apostle Simon Peter. We had a big blue sky with a light cool breeze. This is my 4th time this year & definitely coming back next year.

A truly epic, inspiring and most importantly, an amazing piece of professional theatre! Yes, there are lots of volunteer actors, but they are all extremely good at telling the story, and the leads in the play, especially Giovanni Mocibob who plays Jesus is simply amazing. And the sound design was touching and so well conceived. I laughed, I cried, I reconnected with my faith, AND I was entertained! Its worth every penny. I'm coming again next year no matter what - truly a spectacle to behold.

A great experience. The story of Jesus set in the desert background of the badlands is one that will be in me and my family's memory for a lifetime. I highly reccommend the opportunity to view this.

This is the second time that I have seen the performance and as usual it was very well done. I was disappointed tho that this year they did not have the angels at the end of the performance on the hills, as previously the angels brought an awesome conclusion to the death and resurrection of our Saviour Jesus Christ. I also found that at times it was difficult to hear some of the actors and their lines. I was just thinking about those that have hearing problems as my hearing is great and at times I had difficulty. I definately will go and see it again as it is a great play about Jesus and His life. Thank you for a job well done!

I was impressed with the outdoor theatre and the amazing setting; but was disappointed with todays performance due to what seemed to be sound difficulties. I hope this was an isolated experience.

I have attended this performance on 3 occasions and each time was special plus meaningful. The setting is perfect for the story. I hardily recommend this production.

I was disappointed tho that this year they did not have the angels at the end of the performance on the hills, as previously the angels brought an awesome conclusion to the death and resurrection of our Saviour Jesus Christ. I also found that at times it was difficult to hear some of the actors and their lines. I was just thinking about those that have hearing problems as my hearing is great and at times I had difficulty. I definately will go and see it again as it is a great play about Jesus and His life. Thank you for a job well done!

I was impressed with the outdoor theatre and the amazing setting; but was disappointed with todays performance due to what seemed to be sound difficulties. I hope this was an isolated experience.

I have attended this performance on 3 occasions and each time was special plus meaningful. The setting is perfect for the story. I hardily recommend this production.

Went to Passion Play in Canadian badlands in Drumhellar, Alberta Canada. The 23rd season of this 3-week play in July is perform live in open stage of natural settings of canyon with some structures. I was amazed how the fluid the execution of mostly volunteer actors in great costumes with perfect positioning, entry and exit maximizing hills and space to share the greatest story of Jesus. Note the ingenious execution of crucifixion with limited time and space. It's worth the travel and watching in the rain. Thanks mother Gerda and Shiela Jepps.

Went on Friday for the first performance of the 2017 season - it was absolutely wonderful. The actors were fantastic - want to go back again!!!!!!

We loved the musical style of the play this year and highly recommend it. I hope the weather cooperates as well on the other nights as it did on opening night.

This was our second time seeing The Passion Play. It is truly spectacular. !!!!. The actors are fabulous ,the setting perfect.If you have a Bucket List this should be number 1 on it. This was my first time to the Passion Play

It was truly an amazing experience.

This is my first year of passion play and I cannot begin to tell you how much it means to me! The actors, directors, management, their families and ALL other volunteers are so giving of their love and encouragement that it affects everyone and everything that is done!!! I know that this show will have long lasting blessings on all who see it all and all those who participated in it in any capacity! Continue to pray for all involved as satan is working overtime to do anything he can to disrupt this work but he WILL NOT SUCCEED.! God's work will prevail and all will be blessed!!! Please spread the word, come to the play and bring others if you can! Leon

This is my first year being in the Passion Play with my 3 sons and we all love the atmosphere. It's such a blessing to be part of this production. I play a Roman Soldier and Adam for the genealogy. Excellent staff there and great atmosphere to be around. Thank you to everyone. Blessings

This is my 4th time seeing The Passion Play. I've loved it every time! ! The setting makes you feel like you are back in the time and place where Jesus walked. Volunteer acting, amazing! Everyone should see this AT LEAST once! Bring a cushion to soften the wooden benches.

This is a must see performance when you are in Alberta. This amazing natural amphitheatre is an amazing setting for the story of Christ. What a wonderful production featuring many, many volunteers. Yesterday I spoke with a mother daughter who had performed nine times in the last two weeks. I asked them if they were happy the season was over. Both of them said at the same time. "We are sad" I have attended the Passion at least 8 times over the last 10 years and each time it is new and fresh.

The most amazing live performance ever!!!! You deliver the gospel message so clearly, with such beauty and simplicity! Remarkable in every way.

The Passion Play was an amazing live theatrical production. It told the story of Jesus' birth, life, death and resurrection. It was characterized by great acting, some good humour and appropriate use of props and the entire stage. I was engaged and entertained from beginning to end.

Will definitely go see it again next year.

I went to the Passion Play thanks to a gift and sat in the front row. That night I felt like Jesus was sleeping with me all night and so real and so gracious. One of the most powerful experiences of my Christian life. Profoundly grateful.

I went to the Passion Play last night with some church friends. I never knew what to expect but to my delight it was amazing. I will be back next year. I loved everything about it.

I was one of the lucky winners of 150 for 150. I would like to thank Badlands Passion Play for the wonderful opportunity to attend and experience such an amazing play. The actors, costumes and scenery were fantastic. I would highly recommend this play to anyone that has not seen it. I hope to return again.

I have gone to watch this performance for the past two years and have been blown away each time. The performance and surroundings are equally incredible and the amount of time and work put into the whole event is very evident. This is a must see for all!

I have been talking about seeing this play for many years. I finally got there this past Saturday night. It was fantastic. The setting was perfect. The actors and actresses were very real and talented. I would highly recommend this to anyone that would like a fun weekend get away.

Great show. It was so hot and uncomfortable in the heat but it was worth every minute. I will go back and watch the show every year. Well done to all the actors and everyone involved in the play. I would recommend it to anyone. Really worth sitting in the sun for 3 hours. Well done guys

Fantastic show with great performances. Great job telling us the full story of Christ's life and the true story of the Son of God's suffering to give us salvation.

Every year you can take away something extraordinary. This was the 6th time we've seen the play. Every year I love it more.

Attended the 150th performance, and we were totally amazed! Always heard about the Passion Play, and certainly glad I finally got the chance to see it. What an amazing venue in the heart of the Badlands. Thanks so much to the cast and crew for this fantastic tradition - the Passion Play is truly a gem in our province!

A wonderful performance! Even with the iffy weather was totally worth the effort. If you have time next weekend , make the trip out to Drumheller.

A truly spectacular & unforgettable play. An inspiring performance of professional actors with a large troupe of volunteers especially the portrayal of Giovanni Mocibob as Jesus Christ. An epic story of faith, hope and love of life of Jesus Christ through the eyes of his apostle Simon Peter. We had a big blue sky with a light cool breeze. This is my 4th time this year & definitely coming back next year.

A truly epic, inspiring and most importantly, an amazing piece of professional theatre! Yes, there are lots of volunteer actors, but they are all extremely good at telling the story, and the leads in the play, especially Giovanni Mocibob who plays Jesus is simply amazing. And the sound design was touching and so well conceived. I laughed, I cried, I reconnected with my faith, AND I was entertained! Its worth every penny. I'm coming again next year no matter what - truly a spectacle to behold.

A great experience. The story of Jesus set in the desert background of the badlands is one that will be in me and my family's memory for a lifetime. I highly reccommend the opportunity to view this.
