Balanced Lifestyle and Wellness is a mobile alternative health service featuring acupuncture, iridology, homeopathy, and nutrition. This service is owned by Dr. Sheryl Rist. With over 15 years in the alternative health field Sheryl decided it was time to bring the health to the people. Whatever your health goals Sheryl can help. All initial consultations start with an in-depth do-at-home questionnaire. Next is an iridology exam to understand what is happening within the body and soul. This is followed by creating an understanding about your health goals and how Sheryl can help. Then homeopathic recommendations are made followed by either an acupuncture or acupressure treatment. A consultation normally takes between one to two hours.
