This is by far the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in, It was outstanding! I was very impressed with the size of the room. The cleanliness was off the chart, this is without a doubt where they will stay! I will be a returning customer myself. I couldn't believe how inexpensive this room was for all the amenities they offer!

The staff couldn't do enough for us so informative and helpful .We Were very happy there .The coffee shop next door was great.

The only hotel I ever book in Banff! The rooms are great - modern, clean and comfortable and the outdoor hot tubs are amazing. Continental breakfast is included and is by far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The staff here bends over backwards to make your stay perfect - we'll always come back!

Staying here at the moment and love it! Big, clean, quiet and everything you need rooms! Fantastic and helpful service from the people working on the front desk! Love the hot tubs and a very tasty breakfast in the morning! I would recommend the hotel to anyone �

Rooms lovely and clean, breakfast was a great start to a day's skiing and the hot tub was a lovely way to relax on our return from the slopes. Ski bus is a very short walk too. Hope to return as we had a fab holiday.

Modern, clean room. Close to all the restaurants and shops, so you can leave the car parked. The breakfast that comes with your accommodation is abundant and very satisfying. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Love this place! This is our second year in a row! Smack dab in the middle of all the action, clean rooms, friendly service, huuuuuge complimentary buffet breakfast, and the hot tubs are to die for. Will definitely be back next year!

Great staff professional service with character smiles and good fun, nothing is a problem , can’t wait to help. Huge room comfy beds great hairdryers and a good shower/ bath. Big tv and good mirrors for makeup ladies! Plug sockets by the bed also a good thing. Outdoor and spa facilities are a true win win ‘ breakfast granola is “something else”😜 - fantastic . Coffee great too and wha a little treat the cafe

Great small hotel. Good sized room and very comfy bed. Balcony and easy chairs. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast excellent, fruit and yoghurt, cooked breakfast and muffins. Great location near town centre.

Great lodge on the Main Street, right in the heart of town. Communal spa to relax after a day on the hill. The restaurant food was excellent too.

First visit w the kids. Everyone loved it. The staff were great. The room set up perfect for kids and their separate beds a much better option than 2 boys sharing a queen & everyone had a view and a tv. The staff & the breakfast room was wonderful & my son is insistent we return instead of going elsewhere next time.

A very good small hotel, close to town centre. Breakfast only but close to lots of restaurants for dinner. Great hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Well used coffee shop. Good sized rooms and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our three nights in the hotel.

We had a great time. The room was very specious; quite big enough for the three of us. All our needs were catered for and the breakfast was good too. We spent some time relaxing in the outside hot tubs, very strange to be freezing and boiling at the same time. I would come back again �

Great location with a great little cafe. Nice friendly staff! Rooms were well appointed and very comfy. The only downfall was that it had a very tiny laundry and at the time we visited, the elevator wasn’t working so this made it hard to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs.

Ok hotel, well located. Staff ok nothing special, just don’t book an economy room, they are tiny and virtually no day light !

Good location, great breakfast, friendly front desk staff, spacious rooms.

Terrible internet connection, poor housekeeping standards, pile of dust behind the bed side tables, nobody changed our bedsheets for 5 nights or mopped the floor in the bathroom throughout our stay.
