We had our wedding at the Banff Park Lodge on July 23 in the Glacier Salon. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing and accommodating throughout the whole planning process and during the weekend of the wedding. We dealt with Peggy Scriber at the hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better liason. She was so helpful and always answered my emails and returned my calls. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding weekend. Thanks to everyone at the lodge who made the experience so positive.

Very nice facility in a terrific Banff location

Very comfortable and spacious room. Balcony with views of snow capped mountains. Fabulous pool and hot spas. Eucalyptus steam room.Did not eat here but had couple of drinks after dinner in cosy lounge with open fireplace. All watching ice hockey around big screen. Very well located easy walk to everything. Great staff. Will stay again next trip.

This is the Best hotel in Banff. Not the most fancy but the best operated.

The rooms are clean, the staff are the most helpful and the location is fantastic

This is great location right downtown walking distance to everything. Great hotel, the two restaurants they have where great. The pool and steam room are beautiful and so relaxing.

The staff were super helpful and friendly! The room was amazing! I'd have to say the best hotel room we've had yet! It was very spacious and comfortable. Location was easy to find and beautiful! Also, the pool and hot tub were pretty great too! We loved it! Needless to say if any of our friends are travelling to Banff we would defiantly tell them to book there! Next time we come to Banff we will be staying there again :)

My husband and I have been coming to Banff Park lodge for years. Brunch has been a Mother’s Day tradition for 6 years.

I was brought nearly to tears when the chef made sure I got a special dessert I could eat (dairy and gluten free)

Thank you for always going above and beyond in customer service, I cannot express enough how special my Mother’s Day was made.

It is a beautiful hotel with beautiful staff,the service was tremendous ,very clean,and very friendly.You won’t be disappointed

Honestly!!! I have not one negative thing I can say! From the front desk staff, the bartenders, and the servers, plus the house keeping all were amazing!!! I would book back in a heart beat! The food was amazing, can't stress that enough! Everyone we met was kind and friendly! The hotel is updates and very clean! They even put my extra blanket in my room that i asked for with a happy face note on top!!! Shout out to you guys for going above and beyond! Would totally book here again!!!!

On my birthday had a surprise bottle on wine and two glasses in a room! We didn't ask or were charged...!

The buffet breakfast is worth every penny! Very very tasty and the variety is great!

Overall customer service is excellent! I think people who run the business really care for the customers' reviews! We've stayed there for a few times and never ever been disappointed! Excellent!!!

Excellent accommodation staff were great. Really enjoyed our stay. Scenery is fabulous. Will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Banff Park Lodge, but, the lighting in our room was very poor. There was a light in the far corner and at the beds, but no lighting on the long bureau which made it hard to see looking thru our suitcases and items we left on the bureau. The bureau definetely needed a lamp. Also, the laundry at our end of the hotel was out of order and we had to walk to the other end of the rooms/lobby to use the laundromat. This was very inconvenient.

The staff are excellent, the pool and steam room were great at end of the day. It's very nice that they have "adult" hours for the pool! I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast buffet. It was far better last year. Really missed the crab! All in all , a good experience! I'd stay again.

Last week we had our Christmas party in this hotel. The event was well organized with tasty food and good music. The room was large and neat with comfortable bed. We found that swimming pool was too small but swimming was pleasant.......Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful.......Only thing that I didn't like there was view............Definitely, I will choose this hotel again, but I will request a room that I can see mountains from.

The staff were very nice and helpful and we had a nice room with a lovely view, but We couldn't have dinner at the restaurant as it was closed and wasn't impressed that you have to pay and extra $10 for wifi (which wasn't even very good wifi) as we were already paying a fair amount for the room. All in all it was an ok stay. When we hopefully return next year we will probably try else where.

The room was OK, breakfast was cold ( hot foods, getting there at 6:30, when it opened) both days. Some staff does not know answers to questions. All the staff were very friendly. Going to Banff again, I'd probably try a different option.

We were there from Tuesday-Saturday. The housekeeper on Wednesday actually unplugged my husbands cell phone to plug hers in, wasn't impressed with that. There are no microwaves in the room. Paying for wifi in this day and age seems a little ridiculous too. We didn't have coffee replaced each morning either, or fresh cups replaced either. All in all we weren't impressed and probably won't stay again when we are in Banff.

Used water bottle under bed

Bobby pin laying on floor

Used shampoo in shower room on shelves

Had to rinse jacuzzi tub before using

Grime and scum on tub bottom

Jacuzzi jets sucked no pressure and very noisy couldn’t hear Tv

watching movies twice lost tv signal

Then wanted 10$ extra for wifi

Not the most friendly staff

Heater never shut off al night

People running up hallways at 2:30 am

Shower look grundy refused to use it

White powdery crap on floor

Will never be booking ther or recommending that lodge to anyone
