Banff Rocky Mountain Resort is out of this world ... the mountains, the wildlife, the fresh icy air, the pure beauty and the serenity of the total experience ... couldn't ask for anything more. Bonus the Resort staff are wonderful, courteous and polite and willing to assist and make your stay great at the Resort. Congratulations to the Resort and the Staff. Keep on being great. This is the manner in which the whole of Canada should be celebrated with graciousness, politeness, great hospitality and kindness. Just Love BRMR.

Absolutely loved it!� staffs were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were very clean and fully replenished. Kitchenwares were very clean. We decided to stay in banff because its our daughter's 1st birthday, and we did get an upgrade as a bonus. She was very happy playing in a king size bed, and walking around the wooden floor, and going up and fown thr carpeted stairs. I will definitely recommend staying here specially if you are travelling with kids/babies and elders. My husband and i were very pleased that my baby and my mom-in-law felt relaxed and not "rushed" because of the ambience, compared to the usual "hotel type" getaway. It was home away from home. And we will definitely come back!

We stayed in one of the 6 person condos. You could tell that its been updated/renovated. It was perfect for our needs. The renovations to the common area to access the pool are needed. Perhaps while the work is in progress the pool area could be kept a little tidier. The staff are beyond friendly and made our stay lovely. The shuttle is a great bonus! No fighting for parking in town!

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a wonderful stay. Our apartment was cosy, warm and comforatable and extremely spacious, great for small groups. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus! Staff were friendly and helpful with good advice for local hikes and activities. Over all a great stay with great views.

Very Clean and tidy and beds are excellent. Very comfortable. We’d definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends.

Spent 3 nights at this resort for my daughter and son in law’s wedding-the resort staff were awesome for the planning and execution of the wedding/dinner. Some upgrades need to be done - comfy pillows would be nice, new couch in the room and weather stripping around the door. Other than that, the staff were extremely friendly, food was awesome with huge portions .

Love this resort! Wolf suites are def the way to go! One of the best places we've stayed at in banff! Would totally recommend! Would stay again in a heart beat but would bring my own pillows ☹️.

Only complaint at all was the beds and pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable or else we would rate it 5 out of 5! 👎🏽

Wolf suites are newly renovated, great property, super clean, stayed for a week in their 2 bed 2 bath

we stayed there last night.the room was amazing. we had a 1 bedroom studio. full kitchen. we had fun swimming. friendly staff. the only downside is the room was joined together to another room by a door. it just so happened the other room was occupied by a toddler who liked to cry and did not like to sleep. kept us up most of the nighy. it wss a long night.not sure ill be back.

Over all it's pretty pricey, the couches are extremely outdated and uncomfortable, the extra blankets in the closet was full of human hairs. I washed the microwave front because it was full of yuck. They are not sound proof as I was awaken to the family upstairs laughing and playing at 4 am. We enjoyed the fact that it was out of town and you could sit outside on the patio. We also enjoyed the pool and later we had pizza and drinks in the lounge area. Staff are amazing and friendly, they answered all my son questions in a polite manner. We would stay here again if it was cleaner and more updated.

I liked my one bedroom unit, loved the fireplace. But ....the pool and hot tub are inaccessible to the handicapped !!! I booked there JUST for the outdoor Hot Tub !! Just for that !!!! Inaccessible from the outside, inside stairs only !!! The young front desk staff didn't even seem that concerned about it !! That is unacceptable !! Please put on your website that the Outdoor Hot Tub is only accessibly by two flights of stairs indoors so that others don't pay all that money for nothing!! Also I purchased the breakfast add on, the website did not specify it was a buffet. FYI ... people that use crutches, a cane, two canes, a walker... do not have hands available to carry their plate and load it at a buffet !!! They did not initially want to let me order off the menu instead ! Were they going to carry and load my plate for me ??? Come on.... you can do better !! The world is not just populated by young healthy snow boarders. I was sooo disappointed !!

Rooms need better cleaning and to be told I should have booked one of there better rooms instead of the Junior suite is a huge disappointment considering I have been a faithful customer to this facility. So in other words don't book our cheaper rooms because I should have expected a dirty room lol

Room was very cozy but not very clean. Losts of dust around bed area and stuff from previous clients left under bathroom cabinet on the floor. The fire place was lovely and warm but the banging noise it made all night all was very aggravating. The steam room was under renovation, the hot pool was not hot and there was gritty stuff on the floor of the pool. Badly in need of an update.

My husband & I are visiting from Missouri on our anniversary I decided to surprise him with a trip for the weekend in banff we had a great time . lots to see . lots to do . beautiful sights . hot tub was good . food was good. But our room was awful not what I thought from the pictures online I got a deal on two night stay but now I'm wishing I just spent the extra 35$ and got a different room . it smelled great when we arrived so we were Happy but our fire place was not working. My biggest upset was the Bugs in our room are huge and every where . I don't know how many we killed but they just won't go away its really annoying. Made my night bad with sleeping I almost went to the car & fell asleep . anyways if your not scared of bugs or flying bugs then it prob won't matter to you.

Its 1am now and I feel like leaving but can't cause its a long drive & my husband needs sleep

Overpriced all round with extra charges to use their old tennis racquets and charges for old tennis balls long past their life (at over $400 a nite for the room you think they could give half way decent balls), no extra pillows beyond the 2 for a bed, internet works very intermittently and very slow when it does actually connect, booked some months ago but somehow still given a room next to highway where road noise makes sleep difficult and other factors.... A shame given the location is so good and staff are nice, but cannot recommend.

I’m truly confused by the review comments that the rooms are updated and the beds are comfortable . Untidy, unkept and extremely bad service at this hotel. I cannot compliment the hotel on the mountains etc as that is nature’s miracle so back to this hotel-motel. I think even a motel 6 would feel better than this and I’m so upset to have wasted my money here . It began with the rude and dismissive experience at check- in by Lindsey but we got in late on a long weekend so I let it go as I expected perhaps she had an busy day. But the room was so poorly kept. Again we got in late and I let it go. My second night and now my third day coming back after a long day out I’m over it! I want to come back to a bed made! Sheets were not changed. The bedsheet was not even straightened out and pulled and tucked in. The tucked the comforter in and did not even straighten the pillows! Oh how I wish I could post pictures of this. A used cup has been sitting on the counter for 2 days, the table books and brochures are left open on the coffee table, dirty napkins still on counter and the bathroom far from feels freshly cleaned .... disgusting! I suggest if this happens to you you either demand your money back or you ask them to get you into one of these so called amazing new renovated rooms these so called real reviews on this page Are referring to...
