Booked my car in for 11am for an inspection to find out whats wrong, dropped it off and let them know that i was waiting for them in Banff. No contact at all, by 3pm still waiting. Rang them with not much help, waited another hour and finally they told me very vaguely what was wrong. I went to pick it up, didn't even get a straight answer what the problem was, they told me to replace all coils and MAF sensor. Told me there was a misfire, didn't tell me which cylinder. After all this, i got all the coils and MAF replaced to the problem not being fixed. Didn't feel helped at all and wish i never went there. Waste of money and time.

While on a road trip from Ontario, our car broke down in Banff. We checked reviews of local shops & found Banff Service had the best reviews, for good reason. Banff Service provided exceptional service & workmanship at a fair price. Sal & Courtney went the extra mile to ensure we were able to get back on the road safely and in good time. A honest & reliable mechanic that I would recommend every time!!!

We were in Banff on holiday from Arkansas, USA, and had a flat tire on a Canadian holiday when most shops were closed. We found Banff Service on google but they were closed, plus it was almost 5 o'clock anyway. However, Will was at the shop and repaired our tire anyway. A great guy and willing to help tourists! Thanks Will!

I needed help in a pinch; Courtney and Sal saved my day! They made time in their fully booked day to diagnose a problem with my car and make sure I got home safely. I got the problem fixed elsewhere, but will be forever grateful to Courtney and Salvador for their expertise, care and attention. The Bow Valley is lucky to have them. Outstanding customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have to say that these guys saved our roadtrip!
We drove through the Industry district looking for a mechanic that would help us to fix something minor. Most of them were closed or overfilled with appointments.
As we drove past this shop we saw one of the guys loading something into his car, so we stopped and asked if he could just take a look at our tire!
He helped us within 10 minutes even though it was good Friday and he had other places to be!
Me and my best friend can`t express how grateful we are!
