Worst service EVER!!! I am very glad that I don't do banking with them. I had car load through car dealer. I went to the bank and just want to pay off the load. How easy ?! Took me went back to the bank twice to pay off. The teller can't do anything beside taking the cash. While I was waiting, all I heart from the teller was :" no sorry, I can't do this " ..... if you want to life sucks, please do business with them :):)

I really want to give 0 star, but because of positive past experience with staffs that are not there anymore, I'm giving 1 star.

Issue of this branch is simple; Some of the tellers really sucks at their job. Even considering some of them are new, still, one who is in charge of the front desk should have been better at their customer service role.

There were errors on my account, specifically with deposits that I have made, so I called the number back on the card, telling me that I should go to the branch that I made deposit, confirming that the branch will fix right away.

long story short, one who's in charge of front desk telling me that I may have deposited the money by not putting inside the envelop, blah blah blah... I was just completely speechless, because in my 15 years of using scotiabank, I have never made such mistake, what-so-ever.

After 15 minutes of standing, what they told me is that they need to send an investigation request to have it fixed. And funny thing was, the teller kept on and on about possibility that I have deposited wrong way, implying that it could be happened because of me, and therefore there is possibility of this issue not being fixed.

Even funnier part about it? Next day, I looked at my transaction history on my mobile app to see if there is anything new on it, and it shows that they charged $1.00 investigation request fee from my account, without even telling me. It's definitely not about the money anymore, as it is quite clear that the branch does not know who should be hired for what position, as the current employees do not know how to inform customers, and treat customers.

Other than this specific event, I can share couple more horrible experiences that I have had with this branch that has happened since October of 2016.

Oh I know that there are good branches of scotiabank out there, and I did have an excellent experiences in the past.

Even this branch used to be really great. I mean, amazingly great. All of the staff members were very friendly, even when there were mistakes, they showed that they will fix the situation right away, gave me clear information that are useful.

But now with new staff members, specifically the one who claims that she worked at scotiabank for more than a decade, but treating customers the way that they do not deserve, I heavily recommend whoever planning on going to this branch should turn their head to other branches that are near by. Like Royal Oak and Ranchlands.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Had an situation occur with our account & they would not believe my wife that it was an error. They sent me to the bank where the error occurred & they informed me there was nothing they could do, it had to be handled by Scotiabank. I proceeded to the Royal Oak location. I had the matter dealt with immediately & they believed me. So long story short, you want great service, GO TO THE ROYAL OAK BRANCH! They were fantastic!!!
