Bar T5 Trailers & Tack is hiring! Retail Sales Associate: Part Time We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about horses, livestock and the western lifestyle. Successful applicants will have knowledge of horses, riding (Western or English), the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude to customers as well as other staff. Previous retail experience and basic computer skills are a plus. Applicants must be physically fit as loading feed is a requirement in this position. Applicants must be able to work Friday through Tuesday, including full time weekend hours. The position is to commence ASAP. Terrible customer service. I bought a used trailer from these folks out in Millarville and when I tried to return it only 2 days later after I bought it because I couldn't close the ramp on my own...(too heavy and I threw my back out) they said they can't help. I only had if for two days - didn't even use it! I said I will take a admin fee off of it (even up to $1000 dollars!!!) they said that I will have to list it on Kijiji now!!! What kind of bull crap service is that! I am a nice person that believes in being fair and kind. I just want them to be fair and nice!!! Good luck..cold nasty people. They are a big company that has obviously lots of money...they didn't even acknowledge my terrible back now.. no empathy given. The sales guy just said - we won't take it back - go list it on kijiji - he said the manager won't talk to me - and it's true - the manager never called me or spoke to me...what kind of manager is that!!!!!!!! No responsibility for poor service..should be fired. No - "I'm sorry, or that's so bad." or anything...worst service ever. I will never ever ever have anything to do with these folks. They are not kind or decent or understanding or even human!! Just selfish greedy and cold really cold. It's is a lot of money to me and now I have a bad back and cannot even buy another trailer because they won't give me a measly few thousand back...terrible...
