What an incredible experience! Full check up, x-rays, cleaning and some excellent ideas from an obviously highly knowledgeable hygienist! Candace was awesome!! She even had my 3 year old son in her chair giggling while she did his quick first check up AND he even let her clean his teeth!! Would couldn't believe it! These 5* simply are not enough! And at a fraction of what the dentist office charges I don't feel cheated! We will be returning again and again! Thank you!

Today was my first time trying Baseline Village Dental Hygiene and I'm really happy with my experience.



Firstly, I felt like they truly cared about me as a patient. Candice listened to me and asked great questions to clarify. She also provided me with more information about my teeth, gums and the care process than I ever got at a typical dentist.



Secondly, I really liked her technique. Usually, I come out of the chair with a sore mouth and gums after a cleaning - not at Baseline Dental Hygiene. It only feels super clean. No aches.



Thirdly, Baseline has new equipment and is using techniques that don't damage the teeth or are toxic. For example, they have a camera and take before and after photos of your teeth. And they don't use the old-school polishing pot and spinning brush - because it actually removes enamel! That's one of the reasons old-school approach was to apply fluoride to the teeth after polishing -- to heal the enamel. So at Baseline, I didn't need fluoride. YAY!



Lastly, they were affordable and easy to book with. They didn't try to upsell me. At an old dentist, I always felt they were trying to sell me whitening, veneers, or other procedures i didn't really need. And turns out I was right. I'm thankful for Baseline's kind, comfortable and trustworthy care. I'm glad I tried it.



I'll be back again in 6 months and will be bringing my family, and telling my friends!

She is so knowledgeable, discusses everything she does with you and makes recommendations that in all of my years of seeing dentist I've never been given.
