Bath Fitter

Bathfitter made my shower bright again. Customer service was wonderful. We ran into an issue with my condo board and Bathfitter worked with us to fix tge issue.

I installed Bathfitter in August 2017. First, I would like to say that their staff was on time, professional, respectful and courteous. During my first install, the tech had some difficulties installing the new tub and wall liner which resulted in a crack in the wall lining, uneven cuts on the tub and the popcorn ceiling did not get touched up after being scraped away. The tech tried his best but it seemed like he lacked some of the experience to handle these types of challenges. I would not blame this installer, perhaps just give them a bit more time with on the job training before sending them out on their own. Again he was great. I contacted bathfitters with my concerns and without hassel and without delay, they booked an appointment to come and re-do the entire installation. I really appreciate that I did not have to fight with them and they went out of their way to expidite the fix. The second installer came and re-did the installation perfectly. We are happy with the finished product, and we are really happy with the experience we had from all of the people at Bathfitters including the office people and all techs. If you want a quick, easy and quality job I would highly recommend Bathfitters

The price for a basic tub shower.new fixture..flat panel walls and a curved shower rod..4600 BUCKS! are you kidding me? They claim only 100 dollars a piece to remove any damaged wall surfaces (i had one) but I'm sure they added 500 to the quote. 1200 dollar deposit? I'm sure that covers all your material costs. I can do a lot to that small bathroom for 4600 bucks.

Bath fitter is way over priced for what you are actually getting. They quoted me between $5000 and $6000 dollars for a new tub surround and hardware. This completely turned me off of the idea entirely and we ended up doing a bathroom Reno ourselves for cheaper.

A consultant from bathfitter came to my house this morning. She handed me the brochure and talked about what they offer. She then proceeded with measuring the tab and bathroom.
After she left I was shocked to see the disorder in my bathroom. She didn't put back the items she had moved. And the worse was the filth and footprint inside my tub. I didn't realize she walked inside my tub with her shoes.
I don't know the quality of their work but I know for sure they have ZERO customer care. This shows a total disregard to customers' properties.
