Very POOR customer service. They are afraid of the telephone, put you on hold immediately, until you hang up.

They carry and amazing inventory!

Returned a Cat clock that was sold to my son broken in the box. To this day we have heard nothing. It was a wedding gift...a broken, glued back together one. Will be contacting the manager tomorrow and will follow up on this post....

Most of the things are listed here, ca 70% in store too. Bad thing is that it is very pricy.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give a 0 star review I would. My partner just took a watch in to have the battery replaced and the watch is completely ruined. The owner was dismissive and said "that's what happens" when he uses the vice. Totally unacceptable as it could have been used with a cloth or done by hand. He even still charged her for the battery!
This was the only place I bought watch batteries for my large collection, but I will never shop here again.
