BattleYourself is online personal training. We bring the experience and education of a personal trainer, online. We asked people what kept them from seeing a personal trainer. We customize our clients programs to allow them to train whenever and wherever. Our trainers are there to provide quality communication and optimized programs that are goal oriented and always changing. 3. Traditional trainers will often meet with a client, present some exercises, and only communicate with the client during the session. BattleYourself trainers communicate with their clients whenever they have a question, to check up on them daily, and to monitor their progress throughout the week to ensure the program is being adhered to. Additionally, we provide nutritional guidelines and ensure our trainers are always educated on how to alter a nutritional plan in order to make it enjoyable to the client. Results are our goal, so you will never run into a situation where you are presented with a generic program that is not best suited for you.
