Receptionist was very rude and abrupt when i called. Huge turn off right there. Certainly didn't seem like they wanted business. I would not recommend.

Had amazing fast and friendly service and extremely knowledgable service techs. Customer for life.

Called after hours and received excellent advice. Plumber (Kurt?) knew exactly what the problem with our hot water tank was and gave us a quick and free temporary fix.

I have used Baumann's three times before and the plumbing service was always excellent but the help on the phone not so much. I just phoned to book an appointment for two weeks in the future, was made to wait on the line and then abrubtly told "we can't help you right now... try calling around to other places." Very disappointing.
