Wonderful and organized dealership all around.

In the middle of a camping trip just outside of Edmonton my X3 developed a loud screeching noise coming from the rear. Fearing the worst I made my way to Bavaria 20 minutes before they closed, they were able to get my car in for servicing and even stayed open late to fix the problem.

Turns out it was just a rock that got stuck in my brake rotor and I was only charged 50 bucks!!

I went to BMW in Edmonton to pick up a part for my Z4 and ask a few questions about resetting my tires.!I was very reluctant to go because I thought they would have charged me outrages fees. Jonathan OSORES in his shirt and tie left his desk check my tires filled them with air helped me reset my tires. Right after he put my tail light bulb in and made sure I was completely safe before I left. There was no charge and he went out of his way for his customer. I was very impressed with his service and he gets a five star �.

I was heartbroken when my first BMW was written off. To add to the stress, I live out of town. I called the dealership to set up a new purchase, and it was honestly the smoothest purchase ever! I am in love with my new car. Bill and Franco were knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend Bavaria BMW �

I was at a function held at Bavaria BMW so there were no cars in the show room, however I did walk around and was impressed with the design and layout of the building. However, it was a bit on the small side and became quite crowded so I'm not sure how they would have room for many cars. I did hear at the end of the function that they were expanding so that will take care of the limited show space. Everything else was well designed. Only major drawback is access to the building, it's awkward and even more so leaving, have no idea how they can correct this. An entry from 100 Avenue would certainly be of great help. Otherwise very good.

Collin Mayne's the guy! He knows what he's doing and only offers the best. As a premium luxury car dealership brand, you get premium service and nothing less. Would recommend it to all my friends

Poorest and lousiest service department, disorganized, and don't care if they dont even meet the minimum customer service requirements, manager has no experience to deal with upset clients, only to give an annoying look and use random solution to temporary solve the matter to drive customer away. They may be very good at the sales department but definitely not their service department

We purchased a used 2015 3 series in Feb 2017. Sales experience was exceptional but then it was time for service. Unfortunately the service was extremely poor. We sent in a survey after our 3rd poor experience requesting a call back to discuss and we never did hear from anyone. Needless to say we aren’t the kind of people that throw tantrums and yell. We just quietly went away and traded our car on another vehicle from a different manufacturer. Looking forward to better service then what we received from Bavaria.
