Baywest Homes

Baywest is the best company I have ever experienced. The quality was super high. The people were extraordinary. Customer service was amazing. We got to design our own house, inch by inch and it came together without any sweat. Amazing experience - so much so I came on to write a review. I would only ever build through these guys.

Great people to deal with and they stand behind their homes.

The plumbing in our Baywest home has been a disaster. When one of our children took a bath on our possession day, water gushed from the upstairs bathroom to the main floor great room. Apparently the tub had not been properly sealed. The toilet in the main bath did not work. The toilet in the powder room was not attached to the floor. The downstairs toilet would not stop running, and the fourth toilet (en suite) had a crack in the tank. All four toilets needed to be replaced or repaired. Since our possession, we have had two major leaks in the en suite tub plumbing. Both cases involved major and costly damage to both the upstairs and the main floor.

Baywest has been a fantastic group of people to work with. They went out of their way to accomodate me, help me with all my changes in the floorplan and my budget. I was able to keep within my budget and still keep the luxury and high standards of Baywest. I can hardly wait to see the finished product. Baywest is the best!
