Guests experienced decadent food by Devour Catering Calgary, around the world premier whiskey and wine tasting presented by Co-op Wines & Spirits and beautiful entertainment by the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra. All proceeds going to the The Mustard Seed.

We are building a home with Baywest right now with a July possession date. Although there have been some mistakes, so far Baywest has rectified them (sometimes with a little pushback). Overall, we really like the people and the designs. We had our frame walk through and discovered that windows in our great room were fixed (cannot be opened) and that our door was changed without our knowledge. Baywest acknowledged the mistake with the windows and is rectifying it (first just offered to do one, now is doing both after we pointed it out). Surprisingly, they have yet to offer the door promised. It’s a big deal for us because it’s the front door entrance. The showhome door is actually beautiful and one of the things that drew us to the home. We explained that it was changed without our knowledge or consent. We were not shown the new door but only asked to choose a colour. Hopefully it works out because it is very important to my wife. Also, it’s the right thing to do. If I was a home builder and had a client spending a significant amount of money on a home, I certainly wouldn’t ruin a perfectly good relationship over a door, especially if it was sprung on them without their consent? What would you do if you were Baywest? Stay Tuned...

My husband and I have built with Baywest twice, once in Calgary (Tuscany) and once in Okotoks (Ranchers Rise). Both times we were extremely happy with their available floor plans, customer service and quality of workmanship in our completed home. We never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family who are looking for a builder.

My husband and I built our first home in 2014 with Baywest. From the very first day, until now, 4 years later, we have been impressed with the customer service we receive from Baywest. The planning and building phase was almost seamless. No matter how many changes we made or questions we asked, we were always taken care of. Our custom bathroom design was welcomed and rather than told it couldnt be done. We still look back to this period of our lives and remember it fondly. Now that we are 4 years into our home, we can confidently speak of the quality of work that went into the build of our home. We have had minimal issues. The after care customer service is second to none. After being in our home for 4 years we have contacted Baywest a few time for minor things. Things that most builiders would tell us are no longer their concern. With each time we have contacted Baywest, we have received an immediate response, and someone comes to our home to follow up. While there are somethings that are obviously not covered under warranty 4 years after taking possession, they after care customer service team goes above and beyond to assist us. I cant say enough good things about Baywest.

Baywest is a company that cares. I am so very fortunate and proud to represent this company in the incredible project of Harmony in Springbank. Thank you Baywest!
