BCS Environmental Services Inc. provides a Qualified Aquatic Environmental Specialist (QAES) with a strong background in aquatic biology, environmental inspection, environmental monitoring, and erosion and sediment control for construction activities. Working closely with contractors and regulators has afforded the opportunity to provide consultation for linear (oil and gas; transmission) construction projects. Services provided may include, but are not limited to: environmental inspection; construction monitoring; post-construction monitoring; pre-construction environmental assessments; environmental habitat and species inventories, including those for fish Species at Risk (SAR); fish population estimates and assessments; regulatory application preparation and consultation; and data analysis and reporting for environmental assessment and environmental monitoring. BCS Environmental Services maintains a high quality of work while adhering to a professional code of ethics outlined by the Alberta Society of Professional Biologists and the British Columbia College of Applied Biologists.
