Bdc Dental - Brisebois Dental Care

I have been with this dentist for almost 6 years and have had no issues in terms of my service or insurance claims. I'm not sure what happened to their administration staff as a recent visit revealed that they switched my insurance information without my consent, causing huge problems in regards to processing my claims! I will never return as they handled the situation very poorly and were not easy to deal with since they shifted the blame onto each one of their admin staff, so please save yourself the headache.

I like coming here a lot- very professional and typically on time. I've seen a few dentists here and they're equally amazing at their jobs and very personable. I had mixed up a cleaning vs filling appointment for myself and they sort it out for me and made it work anyways!

I’ve been to Brisebois dental care for a while.

I am a very bad dental patient I am paranoid of dentists I do not go unless I absolutely have to, but right from my first phone call to book the appointment and seeing the dentist, they made me feel relaxed. I went in for my consult and walked out not feeling like they were in it for the money. I had my tooth implant surgery recently and it does not hurt like I would imagine. It is a bit of discomfort but Dr. Tung takes his time to check on me throughout the surgery and give me breaks in between to make me less tense.

They are definitely all about the patient. A big thank you to the front desk admin since I ask many questions regarding insurance and they help out and explain in details. Thank you Peggy, Carol and Esther for the time you spent with me for the whole implant journey. I would recommend this office to ANYONE. Thank you so much Dr. Tung for the gentle care!

Incompetent and and non professional dentists. My wife did filling upon dentist's advise, although she was doing well. My wife made multiple visits to the clinic with complaint of severe pain and sensitivity. No one paid attention. After two weeks we were told they need more money to treat her nerve which got infected.
I am surprised how Alberta Health allow such a poor hospital to work. Will never go back

When we first moved to Calgary over 10 years ago, we tried a couple of unsatisfactory dentists. Then one of my wife's friends recommended this clinic. We've been going there ever since - at least 7 or 8 years. My most recent visit was very good again. Dr Palmer is just fantastic.

Go see Dagmara to get your teeth cleaned! She's the best in the business. And I assure you, you are in good hands with Dr. Palmer. He's the Best Dentist in Calgary! Hands Down!

Perfect Dental place for kids. Dr Lai has done very very very good job for My 2 kids. She is amazingly nice and friendly. The kids love going back here again. I am sure coming back here with my wife for future dental matters.

I have been a patient here for roughly 15 years. Their staff and dentists have always been more than kind, respectable, and courteous to me.

Recently, I attended for an appointment for some simple work, but I had written down the appointment time incorrectly, and hence I arrived an hour early. I was extremely pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate me, and I did not have to wait very long either. There is a great team of people here.
