Painful cleaning experience.. i.will not recommend to anyone i know.. I've been going to this place for 3yrs and will not going back ever..
They charge my insurance $139 for 30 min of torture cleaning.. never again..

Came in for emergency treatment short notice . Excellent service and reasonable prices. Nice modern clinic. Definitely recommend.

Although the dentist himself seemed very professional and gentle, the same can't be said for the majority of the hygienists.

More than once I said I was not comfortable with dental work. More than once they literally had me in tears during the cleaning (and I promise you it isn't because I'm sensitive, they truly were rough). My lips cracked and bled from being over stretched during my cleaning and my mouth was sore for days after.

Once I came back for a follow up and the hygienist told me my teeth were terribly dirty and was very pushy about booking another cleaning... I had literally had a cleaning less than a week before. The exact same thing happened to my husband and few others I have talked to.

Also, be prepared to be contacted every 3 months with reminders, even if you request only 6-12 months. As others have said, it does seem like they are about the money...

A very clean and nice facility, however, I will not be returning because of the staff. It always seemed like they were trying to make a dollar off of my husband and I. My husband has a very sensitive mouth and therefore, hates the dentist. They made get x-rays when he had JUST had them and when he said he didn't want to, they basically forced him to. Then the female doctor was not able to give him any answers, make him feel comfortable or ease his discomfort. He left feeling frustrated, lost and in pain!

Defiantly not a place for you if you are low income or uncomfortable at the dentist!

I am truly impressed with the service me and my children have received from Beacon Hill Dental. Front office staff, especially Erin always made every effort to be accommodating to me and my children. The dental assistants are truly very kind and welcoming, This truly help my young daughters feel less anxious. Dr. Teerth Dhaliwal is a very friendly and kind doctor! He made sure to go over all the x-rays and treatment plan for me and my children, and only recommended what is absolutely necessary. I was treated with kindness and respect! I highly recommend Beacon Hill Dental for all your dental needs. I am lucky I found a place that treats you like family.
