They were great even though my son was screaming

Great experience for kids of all ages and the stylists are very skilled!

I walked in with my son to get his first hair cut, walked up to receptionist and two hair stylists standing next to her no one in the salon. I told her this is my son's first hair cut she replied "we are booked today you can come back tomorrow" I said no thanks I want his hair done today maybe I will have better luck in the mall. She said ok. I won't be returning and won't recommend.

I wouldn't go to anyone but Elmira, but she gives a great cut and my kids love going to Beaners.

I was expecting more sensible haircut for my son as they had specialty in kids. I explained to the hairdressers my expectations but the end result was totally different and had no sign of speciality in sense of haircut. I will try next time again and see how it goes

They know how to deal with kids. We've taken my toddler son to multiple places and we've found that some stylists know how to deal with kids and others just don't - even though my son is quite good at sitting still and doesn't get upset. At Beaners we've always had nice stylists who make him feel comfortable. The haircut may be pretty simple but they treat him well which goes a long way for me.

Took my son here. The girls were nice. It was more of a trim, not really a cut. Service was pretty standard for a service based business in Calgary.
