Always the best service from Bear Creek - Always have great hygienists as well the front end staff are always great and accommodating, Dr Palmer is the greatest dentist I've ever been to and will continue to go see him for all my dental needs. Plus its the nicest office ever (especially the downstairs part) I would highly recommend seeing these folks for all your dental needs.

Dr Carter and his staff are absolutely incredible! I have had horrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, Dr Carter absolutely puts me at ease and makes me comfortable!!! If there was any way to reach him higher than five stars I absolutely would! I recommend him 100% to anyone and everyone!!! My whole family including two toddlers and preteen have all seen him and are just as at ease with him as I am.

Great service, very friendly. Short wait times the 3 times I have visited the office. Overall great experience there, would recommend to everyone.

Bear Creek dental staff were very kind, caring, and professional. They have excellent customer service and definitely put their patients needs first. From the moment my family and I stepped into the office we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were very happy with the treatment we received. Dr. He was great at explaining treatment plans and options and was very knowledgable. We no longer feel nervous about going to the dentist. We would highly recommend Bear Creek Dental to all people looking for a great dental office and dentist.

The people when you walk in are so nice always smiling. I didn't have to wait long. There play room was cool with all the kids colouring pictures that they coloured while they wanted. Plus they have movies for kids when you are sitting in the chair while the dentist does the work on your teeth. Really happy I got myself and my daughter in thanks so much.

My wife got a bunch of dental work done. The dentist took a 1/4 inch chunk out of the inside of her mouth with the drill. She could barely eat for a week. She paid, using benefits. Then randomly a month later we get a bill in the mail because allegedly the benefits didnt cover an extra $20, as if they couldn't see that before she left the office. 3 months later they threatened her with collections, so she paid it. A hack clinic , with poor reception.

My son was so scared about going to the dentist and dr carter was amazing with him. When we got home my son told me that he now likes the dentist and is excited to go back.

Initially, I was happy with the service and the people, when I got the bill after I gave them weeks to make sure I was covered they throw it back in my face like it's my fault. This is why people don't go to dentists because A.)scared B). Getting stung with a bill that goes to collections. I would strongly recommend people to go somewhere else that has a billing team who fights for their customers and get the insurance companies to cough up the money for them or else you will be getting called by collectors who tack on a 50 dollar fee so they can make even more money off you in a terrible situation.
