We stopped by yesterday and the girl's at the other paw bakery gave us amazing service! The one that stood out the most was Lana! We had a awful experience at the bear paw down the street and she went above and beyond to make it better!

At the bear paw we stopped as we do everytime we go to jasper and the girls where extremely rude and pushy. it was the end of day but they where not closes yet and we where shocked at there behaviour.

However when we stopped by the other paw the girls where friendly and so willing to help!

We also noticed that the some of the Nanaimo bars at the bear paw where not properly made and not the same quality as the other paw.

We ordered your pumpkin pie to bring back to Edmonton for thanksgiving dessert and it was so amazingly delicious 😋 I am craving more! Love the sugar cookie on top of the pie!

This bakery is one of the many places I have to stop each time I travel to or even through Jasper. Line ups are long but the staff are friendly and efficient which makes the wait part of the great experience. Variety of baked good and sandwiches allow for snack for any adventure in the Rockies. My suggestion, get there early for the best variety! Muffins, cinnamon buns and scones will never disappoint. Oh and the homemade bread � Mmmm!!!

You will never be disappointed!! See you in the line!!

Never fails to please. I've been coming here for years (every time I'm in Jasper). The food and coffee is always awesome even if a bit on the expensive side. Even during the morning rush, the staff are fast, efficient and friendly😊

My wife and I have spent hours at a time at The Other Paw every time we come to Jasper. The food has always been exceptional and the service has never disappointed. It’s one of our favourite things about coming to Jasper.

I was at the Bear Paw everyday for lunch. I loved the raspberry and white choc scones and all of the soups I had were awesome, especially the Thai inspired chicken soup, nice coffee too! Mmmmm Yummy

I called ahead to order a birthday cake knowing we’d be in Jasper for the weekend. It was perfect! Thank you!

Great food and service every time I come thru Jasper. I make a point of stopping in each time and am never disappointed. ���

Amazing local cafe and bakery. The muffins and scones are fantastic (I have very high standards lol). The Other Paw is a convenient coffee stop on the way to the ski hill. Definitely one of the best places we went to in Jasper.

A good variety of baked goods. The raspberry and white choclate scones are delicious, Bear 🐻 Paw🐾 cinnamon buns are excellent and the sticky buns are to die for. Also can not forget the assume coffees. A trip to Jasper is not complete until you visit the Bear’s Paw Bakery.

Coffee is good at Bear's Paw and the theme is cute suitable for the wild around Jasper area. There are varieties of pastries to choose from but quality is decent in some cases and not very good in some. I liked their raspberry white chocolate scones and didn't mind some of their laminated dough type pastries like danishes and chocolate croissants. But I wouldn't get tarts like butter tarts there. The shell was tough, dry and breadie. All in all it is a good local place to stop by when passing through Jasper.

The service was very poor. Had to heat my own sausage roll and the woman serving me was less than helpful. On a good note the raspberry and white chocolate tart was tasty.

For years and years I loved the bear paw, always excellent service and the food was always top notch. The last few times this was not the case. June 6 we traveled through and everything we purchased was stale and inedible a huge disappointment. We will most likely not be back

The cake was beautiful they way it was and tasted great! Unfortunately I dropped off my cake topper and ribbon the day of my wedding Aug 16th and it was placed on someone else's cake. I bought my cake topper and ribbon out of edmonton for a very expensive price and never got my cake topper back! Now don't get me wrong the cake it self was beautiful and tasted great but I have tried contacting the bear paw multiple times for even just an apology and i have yet to hear from them. What upsets me is that I paid extra to bring my own stuff in from out of town it wasn't placed on my cake and i never had it returned either. I paid more for my cake than I should have in the end and the other cake that my topper and ribbon ended up on looked amazing. All I expected was an apology for the mistake but two moths later I have gotten no email, call back, or message on Facebook!

Ok I know it's bad to give 1 star for bad service but oh my god was the Australian girl with the nose ring at the counter sooooo rude. It has really upset us and dampened our day. This was at the other paw



She said it was a 30 minute wait!!! for a panini which is eh but whatever and they give you this massive number on a pole and I said is it ok if I just take the paper number, go out and quickly do something and come back and she pointed at the pole and said this needs to stay here and I was like yeh no worries and took the number off and was about to walk off where she yelled out at me like I had stolen something and said that the number needed to stay here.



She was so rude and it was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I'm a travel agent in Australia and will go out of my way to tell clients NOT to come here unless I receive an apology as that is poor behaviour. Don't work in customer service if you can't be polite to people and don't give us aussies a bad name.
