I see music as a state of focus resulting in a cathartic release of negative energies through positive means. Music is a way of being, often misinterpreted, and is best experienced by dropping your illusion and seeing things without distortion created by your own thoughts. This close-mindedness is often exhibited with heavy music like metal and it’s subgenres, being seen as chaotic or without reason. . . but chaos isn't always negative. My goal with my production is to put on heavy, artistic and passionate shows within Banff to help expand the music scene in this town and provide exposure for bands within the scene. Come to one of my shows and hopefully you will see the beauty in the chaos.
