Our summer 2015 hours are 10:30am-10pm everyday!

Literally like the best pastry in the world!!! I used to eat Beavertails when I was a teenager in Ontario Place. This pastry brings back sweet memories....

I have been your stores few times. Last nite was the first time I had very pleasant and satisfied experience with your Spanish girl, Sandra. She is high spirited and always smiling at you. You can feel she is nice and sincere to you even the store was closing. You really got a good employee and teammate.

Definitely a must stop place next trip! Cinnamon/ sugar was my favourite and my hubby loved the chocolate hazelnut and banana. Where's the blueberry cheesecake?!? 😊❤

Can never go wrong with a cinnamon and sugar coated Beaver Tail! Definitely a tradition when stopping in Banff!

Absolutely delicious. We stop there every time we come to Banff.

The Beavertail itself, Apple & Cinnamon, was delightful. It was a great sharing size for our little family snack. Unfortunately, the young lady who was attending to us, was not 'present' in her actions. She barely spoke to us. She just pointed at the signs when we asked a few questions about the pastry....

When we first entered the store she looked disappointed she had to put her cell phone down to assist us. She actually went back to check her cell phone on the way to make our order. Which can be dishearting for a paying customer. Giving the benefit of doubt that it COULD have been the boss..... It certainly could have waited till the customers were assisted.

The location is very small, and the ambience is not as welcoming as one may expect. Another group of customers came in as we were waiting for our Beavertail, is not roomy to house more than 4 people...we were stepped on twice in that short time. The pastry helped this score make 3�, thankfully it was enjoyed outside on Banff Ave in the rainy-drizzle.

Food was good but the two people working where rude and seemed a bit uneducated about the products. Waited forever with 2 people ahead of me.
