This store carries quaility product for entire household. The staff is always provides exemplary service. Appears management provides very good training and the staff is empowered.

I wanted to buy a tension rod, but there wasn't one in the store. A staff ordered one for me. A week late I received a package but wrong item. So, I have to returned it to the store. The staff told they will send me right thing, but months went, I haven't got my stuff and didn't get my money back.

I went into this store the other day to exchange an item and was already having a pretty tough day and the staff were so friendly and the exchange went seamlessly (despite a fairly crumpled receipt). Great service!

I went in looking for things for my kitchen. I found a great deal on a bread knife. I did notice some additional things that were mostly good. I like that the internet order pick up is front and center and the customer service was excellent, thanks for the price check on the green trivet Debbie. I noticed some duct tape repair on the carpet in the knife section looked shabby and I felt like this place had a lot of visual clutter that made it hard to figure out what each section was selling. Overall positive shopping experience thanks.
