Bed Bath & Beyond

I like this store a lot. This is my fave BB&B location. It’s busy but never feels cramped. Huge selection of anything you could ever need, and tonnes of stuff no one ever needs but is fun!! The staff here are always friendly and I’ve never had an issue here.
The only downside of them, and this is NOT this location alone, the pricing tends to be a little high on some of their kitchen items. The pots and pans you can get cheaper at Canadian tire and same with most knife sets and dishes. They have a lot of fun items you can’t find elsewhere.

Bed Bath and Beyond has decided to end their (previously) exceptional return policy. Now I cannot return "anything with a plug" according to the associate, even in cases of demonstrable defectiveness after 1-year or without a receipt. Don't count on BB&B customer service anymore.

These guys are consistent great. Staff have gone out of their way to help recommend products and give clear pros and cons of different items. Great selection and very clean store

I love the store, great selection. The only issue I have is the cashier looked very unprofessional having her shirt unbuttoned much too low showing everything. This is not an image that should be accepted for a business.

Excellent customer service. I had to exchange a product and Robert helped me. He was so kind and knowledgeable, he made it easy and stress free

I can always find what I'm looking for plus more. Friendly and helpful staff. Very similar to the old Linen & Things.

Great store! Not very busy so it's fairly easy to navigate around. It has lots of great stuff that I didn't know about. Will definitely go there again when I need some specialty home items.

This place has the COOLEST kitchen gadgets. Prices are ok, but the selection is well worth it.
