Employees were very friendly and helpful. However, I spent so much in the past year on very expensive bathroom accessories, fitted sheets and bathrobes, the quality were all extremely dissatisfactory and not at all durable, ridiculously over-priced. Not buying any of these things from there again.

This is a store that has almost everything for your home, trip and gift registry. The staff are very friendly and willing trip help. Though their prices can be a bit more than other stores their warranty service is second to none.

While the store and selection is awesome we recently had an absolutely appalling experience. We setup our wedding registry here. The week of our wedding my bride received a call from bed bath and beyond. She was harassed for not having enough traffic to our registry. The added stress and complete lack of care for my bride the week of our wedding makes me wish there was even less traffic through our registry. I am extremely disgusted with the behaviour of your staff in this instance.

I'd like to thank a very nice and old lady from the Curtains and Rods Department/Division at WEM. She spent with us a lot of time with explanation on all features of curtains, rods, finals etc., and our online and actual order. Thanks

Wonderful staff & great selection of products. Michelle, Daryl & Jane from the Registry team were absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to assist us. I have a bridal registry at another place and did not have the experience as I did here. Five stars!

Wonderful staff, large store, but limited selection.

A lot of as seen on tv products and nifty little gadgets.

Not bad, price online was lower than in store so I inquired and they adjusted.
