Beddington Dental Clinic

I have been with them for 5 years now. They've updated their clinic...high tech equipments & very clean facilities. Frontline staff has always been friendly & approachable; kudos to their dental hygienists who are very knowledgeable & intricate with their cleaning; dental assistants are well trained; and of course the dentists are awesome!...special mention to my dentist Dr. Will Tunison. Plus they have a complimentary shellac manicure for all patients! What else can you ask for? Highly recommendable!

I am a bit nervous when it comes to getting my teeth cleaned as I have some sensitive spots. The hygienist there did an excellent job, she made me feel as comfortable as possible and it was evident that she cares about doing a thorough job and achieving the best results for me. I positively noticed how she sanitized any used surfaces immediately and washed her hands several times during the appointment as she was switching from using the X-ray machine to dental tools and such. The office is new and as such offers all the modern amenities as well as a COMPLIMENTARY manicure. They validated my insurance coverage prior to the appointment and were able to correctly estimate my co-pay. The dentist who looked after me was also great and very caring, but the majority of the time was spent with the hygienist. I'm now also bringing the rest of my family to this office, as I am completely satisfied with the services!

Modern office with great dentists and hygienists. Efficient, excellent, and exceptional service in regards to the dental work. Friendly reception staff makes each office visit a better experience. The clinic even recently added a complimentary manicure service (shellac is available too). Be pampered by a professional nail technician before an appointment or after, and go home with beautiful teeth and nails!

I have always gone to Beddington Dental since I was a little girl. Back then my parents made me go and I didn't really appreciate how great they really are. Now that I'm an adult and taking care of myself (lol) I have been going faithfully for the last two years and I have nothing but good things to say. Their new office is great, super clean, modern and comfortable. My hygienist has been by far the best I have ever had! The dentists are caring and passionate about their jobs. If you're not satisfied with anything at all, they will go above and beyond to make sure your expectations are met. They have given me an amazing confidence boost and I come out of this office literally feeling pampered. At a dentist!!!! Also, they give complimentary manicures once a year, which was so awesome to experience! Right in the beautiful waiting room was a little nail booth in the corner. The gal was great and my nails are lovely. All and all, it's a great experience coming here and I will always continue to come back. Thank you so much Beddington Dental!! Couldn't be more pleased with how I'm feeling :)

Threatening your clients with Fraud charges is a sure-fire way of losing their business.

When checking into your appointment be prepared for the onslaught of threats regarding fraud when you have valid insurance coverage. They need to train their front end staff to be accommodating instead of confrontational. Beddington Dental need to have it in explicit writing what documentation/insurance information is required from your clientele by email prior to them showing up for an appointment.

I have been a client of Beddington Dental for over 8 years. In the last 2 years since they built their new office, they have tried to over bill my insurance company for work not needed; trying to get me in 3 times a year for routine cleaning when twice a year is sufficient..

They have a "mandatory" health questionnaire that they require you to fill out, asking pertinent questions if you have communicable diseases like HIV or Hep, or what your diet or what non prescription drugs/vitamins you may be taking.

There are better dental companies to deal with and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I will never go there again. Dr. Tunison cancelled my appointment twice, i took days off from work to go to my appointment, he is not professional..

I absolutely love this Clinic.
They are so good with me and my family and always go above and beyond. The staff treat you wonderfully - and are able to hold a full conversation with you! I would highly recommend this place to anyone ! My 6 year old son loves coming here. They make him feel so comfortable and are always good to him!

Beyond the expected clean and spacious facility of a dental clinic, the receptionist team at Beddington Dental were extremely helpful from start to finish. Providing information and answering any questions you may have and establishing a pleasant first encounter with clients.

I was only seeking to conduct a basic cleaning, but one key aspect that really impressed me compared to any other large clinics that I've been to previously, was their procedure to take note and record the wellness of your gum line. Then informing you of the health and well being of your gums. I greatly appreciated this process which may be regular to their practice but no other clinics that I've been to has taken the effort or care to conduct this. It spoke a lot to me in terms of building a long term relationship and certainly gives me the confidence to entrust their practice with my future business. Especially with larger operations because of their service quality control and attention to detail. With that said, special thanks to hygienist, Elaine, for executing this and doing a great job on the cleaning process. Its always a great motivation to have a good cleaning and try to improve your oral health!

Overall I'm highly satisfied with the quality of service and I look forward to establishing a relationship with Beddington Dental to ensure my oral wellness.

My experience from beginning to end was top notch. The front end was friendly, appointment was punctual and the office was modern and clean.

My last visit was for a cleaning with Elaine and was impressed with her professionalism and thoroughness.
