Belfor Property Restoration

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Belfor has been in my house for 3 and a half months and my house still isn’t finished. I haven’t even been able to live in my house due to asthma and lost 2 roommate due to belfors lack of productivity. Even tried to fire them numerous times through my insurance adjuster but somehow they’ve been able to stick around. Subcontracted teams have been in and out of the house faster then belfor could’ve painted walls. Biggest regret since purchasing my property is letting belfor do the demo and restoration of my property.

Poor experience. They do not care about your home or property; only want to collect their payment from insurance and move on.

They are a great service and accurate on timing. Everything smells great and well cleaned. Great employees and friendly approach.
