Its clean but its very small and crowded, security personal on site.

After 4.5 years of use my old HTC phone quit. I was with Telus for several years but every time I went to look at a new phone I was met with serious attitude from the staff or completely ignored.

I had done some browsing at Bell before and the staff were always great. When I urgently needed a new phone I went to Bell at The Core. I was immediately greeted by staff. Kevin was exceptional in helping me pick out a phone that fit my needs. All the staff at this location are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location for your cell phone needs.

Rude staff, refused to help my girlfriend and we're whispering things to each other, will not go back.

The staff do not even greet you when you walk in the door. If you ask a question they sigh and give you a customer service number, which is very hard to get through to anyone, hence why I went to the store. I cannot remember the gentleman's name but he could use some training in customer service.
