For the most part they were helpful and friendly, they set up my phone and it was pretty quick. I'm pretty sure I was charged $10 to back up my phone from my old device and it failed, then I was told that I wasn't charged anything for it even though I just payed for the service with my credit card. Also the sales assistant was really rough with my device, I just paid $400 to upgrade to a new phone and hes dropping it on the desk like it was garbage and dropping the metal ends of usb cables against the brand new screen. Part of getting a new phone is that its all shiny and new and you treat it with respect to keep it that way for as long as possible. I eventually had to raise my voice and ask him to stop being so rough with my new phone. I was extremely frustrated with his cavalier attitude towards my property I will choose a different location next time I require anything.
