Staff was super helpful. I wish I would have remembered his name but the Australian worker was great help

Terrible customer service, waited there for over 15mins while the rep stood talking to another customer, didnt acknowledge me at all. The customer service from Bell is atrocious as always. I will be canceling my service and switching to another network. If only Verizon were allowed in Canada these gangsters would be out of business with their extremely expensive plans and dire customer service.

Had a horrible experience with them and after 3 times I went from a $50 deposit to a $500 deposit waste of time and the toll free number is even worse, I wish I could put negative 5 stars

Worst service ever. Any other Bell is way better then these idiots. Will never come back ever
