Bell

Bell is complete garbage. I was screwed on my billing and now pay $300+ more per year.

Negative stars! This is the poorest customer service on any mobility store of any carrier I've experienced. The Gupta guy just talks and talks, never listened to my specific needs. I just wanted to purchase a replacement phone for my daughter's dead phone, she already is on a shared "bring your own device" plan. Instead, he had tunnel vision talk and pushed for us to sign up a 2 year contract to "save us money" instead of purchasing a phone outright (we wanted flexibility instead of price). This store does not even have any powered up demo phones to try. We went to the Market Mall store to test, and as a loyal consumer, then came back to this Beacon Hill Sarcee location (close to home) to do a purchase. Well, the guy lied to us, now saying he cannot sell us a phone without signing up with a contract plan even though the sign on most of the phones there has an outright purchase price with "no term", but he still says he cannot sell it that way. We had waited more than 45 minutes just to be helped and then to receive this message. We went back to the Market Mall store and it was no problem for them, literally took 10 minutes to complete a phone purchase and set up. I am so disappointed, he has no sales integrity, lied to my family and wasted my time. I am considering a BBB complaint. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time here. Go to a legitimate Bell store in a mall.

So far, I've had a good experience. I was given a good deal and good customer service by Naveen. I will review after 6 months to see if I still am pleased.
