If I could rate this bell store 0 stars out of 5 I would. I recieved zero help with my concerns and left even more confused. The sales associate helping wasn't knowledgeable enough to help me. Instead he kept trying to make me call costumer service and explain to them. Either hire workers who can answer questions or set up a phone with a direct line to costumer service because I don't see this bell store ever making it past a 3 star rating, yes I will be switching providers.

This company is completely garbage. They over charge you every month on data and are not willing to negoshiate with you over any despute. Their way or the hyway. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend you stay away from these scum like folks as they will rip you off and get away with it Scott free. Hope you choose wisely and go with rogers or somthing.

The staff there was so helpful and knowledgeable. I got an awesome deal and it was great that they also took the time to help me set up my new phone and free tablet too!

There is a gentleman of Asian descent at this location with extreme disrespect. If you go here avoid when he is working as he will try anything to avoid working or to help you getting a new device.
