Jen does the most amazing pedicures. If you need an amazing full on pedicure your feet will feel fully rejuvenated for a month. No part job and very thorough. Best place i have found in calgary. Good bye torn sheets and sore feet.

I purchased a Groupon for a cut condition and blow dry for 30 dollars. I called to book twice and when I finally spoke to someone (who phoned me back on Monday evening) she was very pleasant and went ahead and scheduled me for a Friday and asked me for the Groupon voucher number.I then received a call on Tuesday to reschedule as she was wanting to leave town for the weekend so i went ahead and scheduled for Thursday at 7 pm. Yesterday (Wednesday) I received a call to move up my appointment to 3 that day or to rebook for the following week (left on voicemail). I phoned back and once again spoke to a very pleasant person who apologized and said not to worry we could stick to the 7 pm appointment on Thursday(today). At 2am this morning I got a text from the Salon saying there was a scheduling conflict and they would be in contact with me for a solution. At 10 am I got another text saying my appointment was made with Vickie, to bring 1.75 for the gst and 25 dollars (cash only) if my hair is past shoulder length (which it is). I phoned the salon and got a voicemail to which I expressed my disappointment and concern, I never got a call back, and noticed my Groupon as marked redeemed when I was never in the salon or received the service. The date redeemed was today after my call, so it appears the Groupon was redeemed by the salon after I called and said I was concerned and likely wasn't coming, I also mentioned I would be contacting Groupon for a refund.
The last point I would make, is that I understand an upcharge on colour treatments as it costs more to colour long hair, but a cut and a blow dry is a cut and a blow dry long or short hair, and there is no way a conditioning therapy costs the salon an extra 25 dollars (cash only) on long hair. And not taking any other form of payment for an up charge then cash seems sketchy to me.
I would not recommend this salon based on my experience, the only reason I would give it a star rating at all is because the person I did speak with was very kind and seemed sweet while I was booked/making changes per her request.
I would like to add however I filed a complaint with Groupon who is refunding me to my credit card. *edit* the text I received did say I was booked with Vickie not Tracey! However it is asinine of the business response to say I did not phone and leave a concerned message when I did, at exactly 12:25 pm the day I received the text message and was supposed to have my appointment. I do not think it's good business to accuse customers unhappy or not of posting a review in bad faith. This review is true to fact my experience. Also, the Groupon was marked redeemed PRIOR to my not coming for the appointment and although I understand you have a 24 hour cancelation policy, I find it convienent that there was no mention from the stylist during our multitude of scheduling appointments of the additional cost and that the text message that there will be additional fees comes within that 24 hour time frame. In addition you certainly may have had an issue with your booking system which caused the 2 am message alert, the multiple rescheduling of appointments was not an issue with the system and was not for me but for the stylist, and I was accommodating her the best I could. I've attached my outbound call to the business, as verification of the validity of my review and experience.

I had a great experience here with Bri and would have given a much different review. However, I recently found out through a friend that she no longer works here. The frustrating part is that I had an appointment booked with her in early July to get my hair done for my wedding. I called the salon to confirm that she was no longer there- and therefore my appointment no longer existed- but no one had the courtesy to call me back. Kinda an important appointment!

I bought a Groupon for cut, deep conditioning and blow-dry but left with having to pay 15$ more and no deep conditioning. As I walked in she said she had to rush my services. She rushed to redeem my coupon and then said I had to pay 15$ more having thick and long hair. Not okay, do not recommend and terrible for penalizing ethnicities with thicker hair which I have not experienced before.Just wanted to share my experience.

She's a nice person, not great for long hair.
Asked for something close to my natural so it can grow out a bit and not look awful.. it is way to warm to be my natural colour.
No swatches to get on the same page either
I asked for a trim she recommended an inch and a half... more like 2 and did layers. I specifically said no layers. She said there was bulk in my hair, and started working on layers anyways until I stopped her. It takes a longtime to grow out 6 inches. And then she rushed through the shaping for the face because the next client was there. Not pleased.

After multiple hair disasters at two different salons, I turned to Groupon and discovered Bellezza Beauty. It was warm, inviting, and clean. Brie was professional, personable, listened to my needs, and used products + a cut that finally dealt with my split ends. I actually walked out feeling pretty for once, which was such a relief. Even without the Groupon the prices are average/fair for a good quality hair cut & treatment. I finally feel like I have a hair salon that I am keen to return to. You guys rock!
