Very Helpful Crew. If you have a little fix it yourself in you, they can save you a bundle. On two occasions, they could have sold me something i didn't need but didn't, the advise provided was A1, hence this positive Post on Google. They are now my go to for any and all plumbing needs.

WAYYYYY OVER PRICED and Customer service?!?!? I've was referred to Benner because I have an old house. I had a phone call with a man who was rude and short with me on the phone regarding a seat valve. On my last visit I needed a specialty small washer 2x2 cm and they wanted me to buy a 5x5 inch piece rubber which they were not willing to cut it down and sell at least a 1/4 of it to me. I walked out determined to find another solution as they're NOT in the business of customer. Unless *absolutely* desparate, they are not receiving my business. Go Home Depot! At least they are helpful.

Guys can be a little grumpy but I love them all... No matter who I talk to they always send me home with the right parts and knowledge to fix my own plumbing; not to mention all my other crazy ideas! I'll take Benner over Big Box any day, even with the higher cost. They are a small shop, what do people expect!? I prefer to pay the mark up for parts when I'm reassured I can go home and do my own work. This has saved literally, thousands of dollars over my years of home ownership. I don't know why so many people complain on Google and use it as an avenue for venting. I'll continue to support, recommend and shop at Benners until there's a real problem.

i needed a particular model of furnace humidifier, which was not available anywhere else. Thankfully, I found it here and Bob was very helpful. Can't complain about the price, either. He ordered one for me when nobody else in the city could.

I was very disappointed with the service which I received on September 2016. I had a leaky bathtub tab. The repair man told me that I needed to replace the seat. Charged me two trips to the office which did not even accumulate to more than 2 kms. Upon his return he told me that he was not willing to go in behind the wall to fix the problem. I was charged $170.00 for no repairs to my leaky tap. The $170.00 I paid ended up being for the house call, diagnosis of the problem and 2 trips to the office. The house call fees and travel fees were never disclosed to me up front. I felt very taken advantage of due to lack of communication and poor expertise plumbing skills. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
