Where else in the city can you get this quality of service and product. No where that I've found, some are close, but that long time history and customer service and appreciation, can't be matched.

Went in looking for Merguez sausage (didn't have it, but they did try to track some down for me), and ended up walking out with two bags full of chorizo, breakfast sausage, aged gouda, pork pies, beef and chicken croquettes, even a spicy pickle! Paul gave great service. This was my first time, but from now on, I'll be a regular.

We so enjoyed the Gluten Free Tasting event this evening - being introduced to new delicious items and the Care Bakery goods were awesome! Love learning all the amazing items you carry - and that your Deli truly knows what it means to be celiac safe. Thank you for a great evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My boyfriend's new favorite place to go. They even have Gluten free stuff for me! They carried my freezer pack and 32 lb Turkey to the car for me too! Awesome people working here!

This is my go to place ! I love the family run atmosphere and no matter who is helping me, they are knowledgeable and patient while I make important delicious decisions. This year we pre ordered a rack of lamb for our wedding anniversary, it was amazing. Today I received a ton of help picking out sliced meats for a party platter. And bonus!!! Also grabbed some beef bone for warm soup this weekend.

My family has been going to Ben's for as long as I can remember, we are the second generation and now the third generation is shopping here. They know what great customer service and quality food looks like. I/we LOVE this place. Highly recommend!

Love the atmosphere, & the smell as soon as you walk in! The staff are always attentive and ready to help. I have been going here since moving in down the road, & my absolute fave is the Rib sandwiches! By far the best family owned business I've been to in Edmonton. 😊👌

Just attended the gluten free night and oh wow. The food was as amazing as all of the staff. Highly recommend for anyone to go here!

If you want a awesome quality butcher. Then check them out. Lots of great meat and speciality range also.

For any Australian wanting to have fresh lamb, croc, kangaroo check them out.

I'll try and keep this short, for years I bought steaks from other retail stores and they were all the same, very fatty, so much in fact that I ended up throwing out some because I was starting to feel sick from eating it, not fullfilled. I would buy a four pack, not a problem but it is when you end up throwing out the other two becuase you start feeling sick but Ben's steaks are different. Two per pack and very filling. They are just thick enough that you feel full and fit nicely into a sandwich. Two racks of ribs also are a great meal as well as four pieces of chicken. Not all of those meats at the same time of course, yes I know you knew that, I was just adding some humor. I also love the final touch of getting that snazzy freezer bag to carry it all home in, when you get a freezer pack.

I was like a kid in a candy store but more like a celiac in a gf store! So much fun and I came away with three bags of goodness. Wontons for dinner yesterday, smoked brisket for dinner today and can't wait to dig into everything else. Lovely staff!

Had a wonderful time at the gluten free taste test event. Food was excellent! Very encouraged by the wonderful options available for those who can’t eat gluten. Thank you ... we will be back!!

Five Stars. Definitely the best cheese selection and decent prices. Rookworst is top notch (I cut it up and add it to soups or for on sandwiches). I must stop bragging about how good the smoked brisket is, sometimes it is sold out before I can get there. The krokets (croquettes) with mustard straight from the fryer are a lunch staple during days when I am running around doing errands. Mom likes the DZ droppies that I bring to her in the nursing home. Love this place.

Excellent service with smiles every time! Staff are very knowledgeable and have even been able to suggest recipes to us when asked. Love their fresh, delicious and locally sourced meats. The rest of their products are all gluten-free.
