Bernie'S Buddies - A Kids' Grief Peer Support Group

Bernie's Buddies is a registered charity that helps Calgary's kids live again after a death loss through integrated workshops, professionally facilitated in a peer environment setting.

All loss is experienced at 100% - especially when you're a kid. Having a safe space and participating in activities in a community of kids also going through a loss can help kids on their recovery journey. The goal of Bernie's Buddies is to help grieving kids realize they CAN live a full life again and contribute to society in many valuable ways, no matter how difficult dealing with their loss is at the moment.
