Purchased a laptop on November 11,2017. We were looking for a laptop that would be good for emails, photos, invoicing, watching netflix, and some youtube videos.What we were directed to, and bought, was a Dell I3552-13240BLK. We were told by the salesperson, Shaz, that the computer was perfect for this, and was very, very fast. It seemed good, and was within our budget. We also bought the Microsoft office, and the geek squad plan, as we needed our information moved from our old computer that had stopped working. We were first told that we could have our computer that day, then actually on Monday, but then we were told actually Wednesday or Thursday as their only ones were in their warehouse. My wife received an email on Wednesday November 15 that the computer was ready for pickup. Upon driving to best buy to pick up our new computer, she noted that the box had not been opened, that our old computer wasn't with it, and that we purchased the geek squad plan to set it up. The people at geek squad said that they had not got any paperwork that we had purchased the geek squad plan, or that we needed our files from the old computer transferred over. Apparently we weren't the first people this had happened to that day either. We needed to leave our computer for another day to do the setup. The following day we picked up our computer, but when we fired it up at home, I noticed that it was INCREDIBLY slow. A webpage would either take 4 minutes to load, or not load at all. Thinking there may be something wrong, my wife brought it back to best buy the same day. She was told by the nice lady Dana at geek squad that there was nothing wrong with the computer, it was just the slowest processor speed for a computer. So our salesperson Shaz had flat out lied to us when he said that this computer will be fast, fast, fast. Dana thankfully gave my wife the proper information on the computer we would actually need. The next step was to talk to a manager, except the manager wouldn't even talk to her!! What was the solution? We would have to spend another 100 dollars to buy a computer that would actually be functional for us! I don't know if this was a sick sales tactic to get us to spend more than what our budget allowed, or if our salesperson was just incompetent with the computer he was selling us. Promise us a fast computer that will meet our needs, but whoops, this one will actually be unusable for what you need, but hey, if you spend another 100 dollars, you can get what you were initially promised. This is a scam if I ever heard one. You would need a team of wild horses to get me to purchase anything from best buy again. I also hope that liar Shaz gets a good talking to on what lying means!

It's new! It's flashy! It's annoying! I don't know if I can accurately describe what it is I don't like about this store, and you may not agree anyways. Maybe the cramped feeling of all the aisles. Maybe that literally every item seems to have a big flashy display. Maybe if there was a little more empty space so you could look and see which way you should walk to get to what you came in to look at it would be better. I don't know. I just know that I don't really want to go back.

Carleigh and the geek squad worked seamlessly even though it was, I believe, different departments. As I was browsing the store EACH department I entered had an associate who asked if I needed help. carleigh was my first contact in the store and she was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. HANG ON TO THIS EMPLOYEE! WHAT A RARITY SHE is!! great customer service!

Went to get my laptop fixed. Was told 2-3 weeks. Waited 6 weeks after calling numerous times and finally went in. They input wrong address, so house a few blocks away had received late only a couple days prior. Did not attempt to correct. More than once got calls from store asking about delivery and address during process. Pick another location.

Best buy used to be the store to go to for that must have electronic gadget, now it's a hippie showcase phony display store. No movies, dvds's, lacking games and cable accessories,. the new layout is beyond terrible, I walked in, and right back out. If I. Wanted to shop at the Apple store, I would of went there.

They recently renovated this location (as of 2017) the new store looks great. The staff typically approach to see if you need assistance. They have most products on display including appliances.

Very good service. Very good price match policy. Thomas at customer service and Akhil (cellphone manager) are very friendly and provide very good service.

Got asked if I needed help every 10 feet (better than being ignored). When I finally asked a guy for help he didn't seem like he really wanted to help me. I ended up saying I was going to think about it and talked to someone else who was much more fun to deal with and seemed like he actually wanted to help me.
