Very knowledgeable , friendly and helpful staff! I purchased several items and the staff was very helpful especially Lovey who helped me and gave me all the information without rushing me !!! Thank you for your help!

Geek Squad...worst service ever...could not care less...slooooooow service. I have never seen service people so desperate to avoid talking to customers. Really terrible.

I have Geek Squad protection for my phone. When I go here for parts replacement there is always something that happens.

-3 hours to PURCHASE the phone
-Next time they didn't have earbuds for replacement... after 30 mins.
-Next time they took an hour to give me 1 set of earbuds and then tell me they were out of screen protectors.

They people are fine but there's always SOMETHING that involves standing around forever.

Great prices, miserable service. My wife and I had to buy a laser printer. After being greeted at the door and asked if we needed help finding something (good start!) the clerk said that the printers "should be over with the computers." Uh-oh.

After checking to see what selection was available, we decided on one or two. Research done (via our phones as no sales person approached us) we carried the box to the checkout. Except there was no one there. Lots of Blue Shirts around Customer Service, but no one waiting at the cash to, you know, cash us out.

Bottom line: if the price wasn't right and we didn't need the printer ASAP, we would have walked out of there with nothing. As it is, I won't be in a hurry to return to this indifferent service.

I am pleased with their services at this Best Buy, the Geek Squad have been very helpful when I was in need of assistance with a corrupted picture memory card and other issues with my lap top. My only suggestion is to have more staff to help so the wait time isn't long, but their help is great I've received. I do recommend this Best Buy location on Sarcee Trail.

Adam was really great at helping me find new earbuds and a phone case. He was funny, honest, and detailed. Would definitely come back.

Customer service is nonexistent at Best Buy. When you walk into the store you receive a half assed greeting from whatever person is sitting at the greeters desk as they take 2 seconds to look up from their cell phone to say "hi" or "welcome to best buy" in a droll mono tone voice. Once you start looking around and have some questions there is no one around to help you. Once you finally track someone down to help you out they usually don't know the answer and point in a vague direction on where to find someone who "should" be able to help you; there is almost no attempt to try and get you to the right person to answer your questions. Once you get bounced around like this 2 or 3 times, you may finally get someone who can help but they act like they either dont care or that you are inconveniencing them by asking for help. No one seems happy to help you or welcoming and almost the entire staff seems to be too busy on their cell phones or having personal conversations with their peers. I have started using online services like Amazon and am even resorting to places like Walmart or Superstore because I get a better experience from a their small electronic section than I do from the entire Best Buy store. The saddest part is that this is pretty consistent amongst all Best Buy locations as if they are plagued with atrocious customer service across the company.

Horrible sales people and extremely rude. They treat you like your stupid and try to convince you to by something of lower quality.

I was at beacon hill I had bought a laptop I was sold a warranty and told that it covered all damages but when I went to redeem my warranty but the sale guy told me he couldn't do anything and then brought the manager Krystal and she was so rude she told us that we can't do anything these people are greedy stay away from this store
